“Came in with family. Looking for a helment for my son. Was greates at door on arrival let us browse until we had an idea of what we were looking for and then asked for help. Its complicated picking out a helment for my 11year old bc I cant feel what he feels. Associate was amazing and I wish I remembered his name. Very very helpful helped us through the entire process and left knowing every piece of gear fit correctly. Very confident in the gear that was chosen. “1000/10. I was on an out of state road trip when I started experiencing issues with the 911 I was driving. I didn’t know if I could safely drive the additional 4.5 hours home. I went to the service center and they were super compassionate, professional and helpful. They took the car right back and ran diagnostics. They were able to determine the issue and get the car to a place I could safely get home. I am so grateful for their understanding and concern! THANK YOU!”

“What a great dealership! From the moment we arrived, Ben was welcoming, friendly, and easy to work with. He really listened to what we were looking for, showed my mom the Range Rover she was interested in, and took the time to go over everything with her without making us feel rushed or pressured. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a Range Rover, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Ben. He’ll take good care of you!”

“I had an excellent experience with Theodore Collision from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire repair process. They communicated directly with both me and the insurance company for the driver who hit my vehicle, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. The quality of the repairs was outstanding—my vehicle looks as good as new. I also appreciated that they were mindful of costs and worked to keep expenses as reasonable as possible without compromising the quality of the work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs. Their customer service, workmanship, and commitment to doing the job right truly exceeded my expectations.”

“Unsure how to leave a review, I mistakenly left a one-star review until I figured it out. Danny was so very helpful, the kind of service and help I got from him was the kind of service you don't see much anymore. He went beyond what he had to do, did it willingly and pleasantly, and his attitude was so refreshing. Very very helpful. AutoZone is well represented by him.”

“After what felt like forever, we finally have the SS back 3 months post deer hit. We knew exactly where the car was going for repairs. Craig Rowley and Jeremy Eck with BMW of Mobile Collision Center has always been a recommendation from myself but we never had to use them…until now. Craig is the founder of “Battle in Bama” car show and has a very meticulous mindset, exactly what we needed. He knows custom cars as he’s dealt with them for a VERY LONG time. The talent and craftsmanship that flows through that place is unreal. We had to source half of the parts from Australia and have them shipped to the states as they are no longer made and this is what took awhile. While the car was in their care, I purchased an aftermarket hood that I always wanted for the car. There’s really no words to describe how poorly built this hood was. The tech Dana had to pretty much rework the entire hood from having to cut in provisions for bump stops, added fiberglass to actually seal the hood, as well as adding holes to allow the factory windshield nozzles to work and finally fixing the poor finish and body lines. JJ did the masking and paint work in the hood and it’s amazing. This is the best looking hood that the original builder has on the streets with no thanks to him (I will not name him as he doesn’t need recognition). Also, thank you to my Mom Angel Heflin for watching the car every step of the process and ensuring that I get exactly what I wanted. I just want to show yall the amazing work of this crew and I’m HIGHLY impressed and will recommend them even harder than I have before. They do not work on just BMWs! I ensure you that you will love the entire team from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the techs in the back that most customers never get to meet.”

“I gave Hagers five stars cause I grew up in the area and I love junkyards they may not have the part you need but Robby and his mom and dad are one of a kind and they treat me like family, always have, they still do things the old fashioned way but if they can't get you the part they will usually find someone who can, Robby also sales cars so if you're looking for something dependable and affordable he can put you in a vehicle and get you going and if he doesn't have it he will get it for you and he will work with you, I have personally seen him do it, Hagers might be a salvage yard but the vehicles they sale come from auto auctions and some from private sellers, and are the same vehicles you see at other car lots. So stop in at Hagers they can work on just about anything and get you back on the road! Tell em Rod sent ya!”

“Quick, easy, and done right. I had a minor accident with a mailbox and saw they were a part of State Farms repair shops. Dropped it off, told it would take about a week, and it took a week. Detailed the outside and inside before I picked it up. I will go back to them for anything else I need in the future.”
