“I have a 2014 EZGO golf cart that sat unused for a year without charging. Back when we did use it, it only went half speed. So we bought new batteries to start with. They stayed in constant communication with us the whole time. Told me exactly what was wrong with it, ordered the parts, and installed them. Jeremy was incredible to us. When we picked the cart up, he spent a lot of time cleaning all the mildew off the seats and body and completely cleaned the cart. I'm absolutely floored at the extra mile he went and could not be happier to have our cart back in perfect working order. “Service Manager, Jody, and Service Clerk, Chelsea, were exceptional when I had an "on trip" emergency. Jody went above and beyond to be sure my camper was road-worthy and safe after having wheel-bearings seize and explode to the point that my wheel was smokng/ burning ? by the time I was notified by another driver (I couldn'tsee the smoke in my mirror until I was practically stopped). Many thanks for the anonymous driver who alerted me. Luckily I had a gallon of water in my truck that I put out then fire with. At that point, liiterally, the wheel was just sitting on the spindle and, of course, couldn't be driven from where I was pulled over.While the wheel was was fixable in just a few hours, Jody spent the rest of the day repairing all the damage done by a shister towing company, that lied and said they knew how to load a camper onto a flatbed tow-truck. Thr towing damages made up 2/3rds of the total repair bill. (Needless to say- Never use Gibby's Towing in Mobile, AL.)A huge THANK YOU to Jody and Blue Compass RV for getting me back on the road safe and sound.And, since they have 108 RV centers around the nation, they will now be my permanent go-to for all things RV!”

“The guy that helped me was really helpful and courteous. Until I had to take back a can of paint that wasn't the right paint code but in his defense I got a different guy that had to take the paint back but after he took it back he went through the motions of ordering the right paint for me. The reason I said that is because I called the next day and the guy that answered said that that paint was unavailable and no other stores carried it. Thank God for the paint store that I called after I got a hold of O'Reilly. Seems like they are consistent with the people they hire though. The Mansfield Ohio stores have the same kind of people working there and I don't think I am going back anytime soon for anything other than free all!!! That's just because free all is the best thing I ever had to get a bolt that was rusted and rounded off and it only took a hour with the spray to remove the nut after using it”

“I gave Hagers five stars cause I grew up in the area and I love junkyards they may not have the part you need but Robby and his mom and dad are one of a kind and they treat me like family, always have, they still do things the old fashioned way but if they can't get you the part they will usually find someone who can, Robby also sales cars so if you're looking for something dependable and affordable he can put you in a vehicle and get you going and if he doesn't have it he will get it for you and he will work with you, I have personally seen him do it, Hagers might be a salvage yard but the vehicles they sale come from auto auctions and some from private sellers, and are the same vehicles you see at other car lots. So stop in at Hagers they can work on just about anything and get you back on the road! Tell em Rod sent ya!”

“Springhill Toyota saved me $8,000! Another Toyota told me I had dye put into my Prius's a/c, and I would need the entire a/c replaced to get cold air. They quoted me right under $10,000. We took it to Springhill Toyota and they showed us the internal scans that showed no dye in the a/c. Springhill Toyota fixed my a/c completely for $1,900. Ryan, the assistant service manager, got me a rental car while my Prius was being fixed. Walter, Ryan, and Blake were all top notch individuals to work with. I felt like everything was explained and was handled ethically and honestly. I have drive over Mobile Bay, past Eastern Shore Toyota, to get to Springhill Toyota and I will continue to go to Springhill!”
