“I brought my car in, and Jodi was very helpful and informative. They did a great job and even did a courtesy touch up. Overall a great experience and positive atmosphere.”
“Tech said it would take 45 min on the phone and that’s exactly what it was. Now the waiting room could use a woman’s touch but the weather was nice so I spent most of that time outside. I think I saw an air bubble yesterday but no big deal. They have a lifetime guarantee. Overall good experience.”
“Service was super quick, very reasonably priced, and perfectly done. The tech was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. Definitely will be using Auto Glass Now if I ever need another new windshield”
“Excellent work and service. Spectrum made the entire process so easy. They completed the work in a timely manner. They kept me updated. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you to Marie who is such a blessing there and the rest of the Spectrum crew. Outstanding work !!!”

“I rarely use a car wash, but the tree at my house is dripping something on my car in this season. So I couldn’t get my credit card to work in the machine at the gate, so I inserted $20 bill for a $12 wash and received seven dollars change.(should have been $8).
When I pulled forward and made the technician aware, she wanted to be a little snarky without really looking at the seven dollars change I was holding in my hand. When I pointed it out to her, however she did go inside and bring me back another dollar. I wanted everyone to be aware and make sure that you are aware of how much change you receive from the machine, if using cash. Every dollar counts these days. The wash was great, my car looks good.”
“Awesome service and great people. I waited in the lobby with my son while they replaced my windshield. They put a movie on for him and were professional and polite the entire time we were there. Honest and fair pricing as well. I live in gulf shores but will always come back to USC for anything.”
“Quick, easy, and personable service, when I called and spoke to the owner he got me in the same day a few hours later. Willing to show me a vehicle having a tint applied and explain what they did and how, as well as the differences in brands and types of tint. Very affordable price for excellent quality work.”

“Bodywork that was done on my F150 was exceptional. Had a couple of follow up issues that caliper was quick to help me resolve. The communication during any entire process, was excellent.”
“I noticed a ding on my windshield, so I called Safelite and was able to get an appointment the same day. I was quoted a repair price on the phone, but ended up paying less. From the desk staff to the technician, my car was taken care of with professionalism. I appreciated the experience.”
“Amazing work! My Monday ended with a rock hitting the windshield of my Baby... my two month old 2023 Mini Cooper S. I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.”

“I love me some Richs. The vacuums i drive 35 minutes for. The washes could be better. But regardless this location has been the best car wash I've visited in mobile.”

“Greatest carwash ever! My vehicles are actually clean when I exit the carwash. (Yes, some carwashing do leave dirt on your car. Shocking, I know.) The vacuums are great! And don't forget about the Floor Mat Cleaner/Washer! Sometimes I think about driving through the mud just so I can go there. I will take pictures next time.”
