i purchased a 2021 4 runner from auto nation ford on June 28th and discovered after the purchase that the third row seats did not have seatbelts. i notified the dealership on several occasions to resolve the issue but no one has even followed up with me! They actually had the audacity to say "well it passed the safety inspection!" Like I'm going to remove the seatbelts in a vehicle I just purchased!!! The customer service is ridiculous to say the least. This is fraud in my opinion so buyer beware!

I was determined to sell my BMW convertible due to all its repairs .I went to Auto Nation and the manager offered me a low ball offer. I left and when I did, he said to me ,make sure to give me the last chance! At the end of the day, I then called the manager and I told him what I was offered .He immediately promised me a hundred dollars more. I told him I am coming right over. when I arrived he was MIA. I told the other con men then what he offered me. they made me sit for two hours finally giving me a check for a hundred dollars less . I said no and demanded back my car. they said it is gone already to Florida. I told them that I am calling the cops. They said they had to get a new check from Tampa and it will take a long time. What the hell ?They said ok and will give me my promised amount. An hour later they gave me the check for the right amount. What a bunch of low life's!!!! By the way, when I was leaving I saw the original manager in the back hiding.

Wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing, it's been a month and I still don't have a tag for my car, the guys behind the counter are extremely unprofessional, getting upset throwing items across the room, finance manger is a complete liar... buyer beware!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everything seemed great at first until the day after I bought the vehicle home I took it to my mechanic and they found two leaks under the hood. I took it back to AutoNation and they agreed there were leaks and said they would fix them and let me leave with the vehicle to bring it back at a later time. four days later the car would not start because the engine locked up. I had to have it towed back to AutoNation and I tried to return it. This was day seven of owning the vehicle, because it had been more than five days they would not take it back. This was over a month ago and they are still working on my vehicle!! Every time I call I am put on hold and/or told I'll get a call back and never do! I have been told completely contradicting information about what is going on with my vehicle as well. I have had to go up to the store multiple times because I am unable to get someone on the phone. Thomas over new car sales is extremely uncaring and rude, my problem is CERTAINLY not his...even though I am a paying customer..you know..what keeps the business going.

AutoNation Ford Mobile was amazing to work with. From the start they were the only one the worked via text from the start based on my request. Zach and Walter were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Thank you for all your help and we love our new vehicle! Definitely recommend and will look to do business again!!

Not happy and will never use their service department or buy a vehicle from them: made an appointment, tried to cancel it but was told they could not find that appointment, made an earlier appointment only to find out when I brought the car in that they "claimed" they didn't have enough people or time to service my vehicle AND could not find the appointment. Worse they found the 1st appointment. AVOID this dealership... poor management and I suspect honesty and the willingness to help a customer are non-existent!Wooow, look at the other reviews, this is a 2 Star company, best to avoid!!!!!

A beautiful truck in person but not on paper. Decided to show some interest in this Denali they had on the lot and after a test drive I was like ok it rides alright but could be better. Had an error pop up in the message bar attached in the review and was promised it was going to get fixed (they would have honored that). A rubber piece was also missing on the sunroof (they would have honored that as well). They stated that they did a 50 point inspection on it before putting it out on the lot. I get it, a 2015 with 118k miles may have a few scratches or something but it gets better. I asked if I could do a pre-purchase inspection before moving forward with the deal and the higher ups were hesitant about at first. Staff/Salespeople were fairly nice by the way. However, after they all discussed with one another about it, they came back to my wife and I to tell us they would loan it out to us for the 5day/250 mile Money Back Guarantee and we could get it done and come back the next day. Next day comes (today), we take it to Joe Bullard Cadillac for the pre-purchase inspection and…. well I attached it to this review along with the repair invoice. $176 later for the pre-purchase inspection and our time wasted just to find out that Auto Nation Ford did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle. If you’re shopping there, most definitely be cautious and ask questions!

Thanks to the way Ford dealership handles recalls, which are not the customers fault, we will never buy a Ford vehicle again. We are a family with one vehicle (2009 Ford Fusion). The brakes have a recall, and recently they started acting up (scary)! We called Auto Nation a week and a half ago, and were told that this Friday appointment was the first available time slot. We told the associate answering the call and making the appointment that we only have one vehicle and that we needed it back as soon as possible. We brought it in today, and were informed that they would keep our vehicle all weekend, and not even start working on it until Monday! What!! While we were waiting for a time estimate, our daughter, who has autism, had a meltdown in the car. Why couldn't they have told us all of this on the phone?? So we didn't have to drive all the way over there, and wait 15 to 20 minutes while they were trying to figure out a time?? Since Ford is not concerned with helping out there customers with recalls (probably because they have to fix it for free), we will try to fix this recall issue ourselves, and if the brakes go out while we are driving, we will have dash cam video that it is Ford's fault. I hope they like law suits. Still have a dangerous driver's side air bag too. Nice job, Ford. I hope all Ford dealerships are not this incompetent!! This one ruined it all for us. Toyota or Honda will definitely be our next vehicle.

Horrible service department. Waited 4 days and NO work was completed. Made an appointment for 7am on a Friday to have a factory recall fixed and decided to have full maintenance also completed. I was told I would have me vehicle back by the end of the day which didn’t happen. Saturday was told they were waiting on tires. End of day Saturday, vehicle still not ready. Monday 4 days later, still waiting on tires. Decided to go get my vehicle to only find out that they had done NOTHING! Absolutely Nothing, but had just started in the recall! No excuses for keeping a vehicle for 4 days and doing NOTHING!

As someone who worked at a retail parts place for two years, I know things happen trying to get the right parts and get them quickly. I am much more understanding than most, however, after paying over $700 on two parts that were supposed to be there in a week.. one was not, the other was wrong. (I understand it happens) so wait another week for what was supposed to be the right one.. it was also wrong. (it has now been 2 weeks) and the other part i paid for is still not there.. so I come back the next week and i'm Told it'll be here in a few days. It has now been a month since I paid for one of the parts.. and it's been lost. The main part I needed that was wrong twice I ended up getting it at a advance auto same day. And to top everything else off, the sales man had a bad attitude almost every time I came in there. Point is, if you need parts DO NOT GO HERE! you'll just waste your time and money like I did. I will never give them any more of my business. P.s. I am not the type to leave reviews, even negative ones.. but this place is exceptionally awful. And good luck calling them, you'll just get put into a perpetual loop of the automated service.

I’ve always received fast and professional service. I usually have to wait and they seem to get the work done and get me back on the road quickly.

AutoNation Ford of Mobile consistently does a great job for me. Every time they’ve worked on my vehicle I have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and timeliness of the repairs. Tyler is the man. Best service writer there…in my opinion. He has made things right for me every time I’ve dealt with him. Highly recommended…stay away from the other Ford store in Mobile. Not worth your time. 2019 F250 Limited.
