Well, I bought a used car. 3 days later the engine light comes on. Now, I’m upset because I feel like they knew it was a problem with the car before I bought it. Now I take it back to get it serviced and they replaced a part. I drive off the same day and a few days later engine light back on again and the car still not driving correctly! So I take it back again and they found another problem and kept my only transportation for a week and a half so I had to figure out how to get to work for a week and a half. They replaced another part on the car. I picked it up and drive off and I can tell the car is still not driving properly, so I’m sure I will be taking it back very soon. But customer service is very nice but you guys got to service vehicles better before selling them. I been to AutoNation 4 times since I bought my car in less than a month. I’m looking forward to the 5th.

Dropped my truck off Saturday morning with a check engine light. Was told it would be looked at Tuesday morning but around noon on Monday they called me with a diagnosis and my truck was ready Tuesday morning. Excellent service!

Put my vehicle in on a Monday by Friday I was going to pick up vehicle as it had not been completed yet. Was informed it would be done that afternoon. Picked up Friday afternoon, Saturday morning engine light came back on throwing same error code. Now must take it back in after purge valve was replaced Friday to find out why still throwing same code plus it is now hard to fill my tank without gas pump constantly shutting off.
Update:
Took my car back in and they had it fixed same day. Thank you Jerry the service manager for addressing the issue and Christopher the technician who made sure it was correct and completed this time

Great service! Personnel were knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. This dealership is 10/10 and I will be using them, exclusively, from now on.

My technician kept me informed frequently by text. This is the first time I’ve received text from the mechanic. I don’t like that I didn’t have a choice in the type of battery for my car. I was only able to purchase one that only last three years. That is my only complaint.
