I bought a used Audi. It broke down immediately after I drove off the lot. They did take it back and "took it to an Audi dealership" to repair it. I got it back 2 weeks later and it, again, broke down. They stopped returning my calls for a week, and once they finally spoke to me, I was told to figure it out myself with the warranty I had purchased. After I had it towed to a local auto shop, it turned out there was water in the fuel tank. Not covered by the warranty because it was a preexisting issue. Am I supposed to believe the Audi dealership they supposedly took it to didn't figure that out?? This place is the epitome of a stereotypical car dealer. Full of cow pies.

Service department is all about selling parts. You see the manager Jim's concern on a dry erase board in his office. SELL MORE BATTERIES & PARTS! Customer service is not important at all to them. Stood there the other day for 30 minutes being told multiple times that someone will be with me in a minute... while 2 reps had no customers and feigned that they couldn't log onto their computer, Never happened. Made an appointment on a Friday (8am) and showed up to be "warned" by earhole boy it may be Monday before they could get to me? Probably an attempt to lighten the work load and run customers that need service off. Will not be back...terrible service.

Purchased used Range Rover Sport - drove it 15 miles and car died. It needs a new engine and this dealership basically told me there is nothing they would do to assist other than to call Range Rover. I Would never buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Everyone has been warned. They don’t deserve one star they deserve zero stars.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation - it was fast and accurate. My service rep was very friendly & professional. This service was performed on a business truck so having the quick turn around was crucial. THANKS.

I went to AutoNation Dodge for what I thought was a "little" problem with my windshield washers. The right side was not working, it the hose was disconnected from the sprayer. Austin in the Service Department and Don in Parts were very knowledge and patience with me. After several attempts to figure out what was wrong and how to "fix" it. It was discovered that the sprayer was broken and not the hose. I already bought, paid for and ordered the hose, but I didn't need it. Don in parts said they did have the sprayer in stock. After it was determined that the sprayer was needed, Austin helped with the installation and discovered I needed new wipers. I was able to get everything completed with that one trip. I really appreciated Austin in the Services Department and Don in Part, who took the extra time to get a simple little problem fixed so quickly. I was able to get a refund very quickly for the hose I paid for, but didn't need. Don was very helpful in getting my refund. I been a customer of this Dodge Dealership for multiple year (this is the 4th car I bought here) and I will continue to be because of personnel like Austin and Don.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! They have no morals, ethics, or respect for their customers. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them over a month ago at full price plus (they would not negotiate) and had it confirmed many times that everything was functioning properly. They insisted that the so-many-point inspection found no issues. I did not receive the vehicle until a few weeks ago. I brought it back to them the SAME day I received it because the dual moon roof would not close upon my first testing the feature. I was given a service ticket, and managers Charles and Rob advised they (the dealership) were going to repair it. They told me I would receive a call the following Monday from Troy to have it scheduled. No call. I called many times following to get the vehicle scheduled only to be told repeatedly that I would receive a call back. Still, never received a call. After calling again this past Monday morning, 11/6, I received a call back from Hayden, the salesman, that evening with a manager (I’m assuming) in the background advising that they now would NOT repair the moon roof as it would cost them $10,000 but would only offer me a check for $2,500 or the trade-in value of the vehicle. I have advised that I will not take on their financial burden as they are responsible for this. I have yet to hear back from them and will be pursuing this matter legally. This dealership fails to deliver in all aspects. This is only one of the issues I have had with them throughout this process, and I am warning you to avoid them at all costs. I will NEVER be a customer of AutoNation again if they fail to right their wrong. And shame on this dealership for attempting such a dishonorable and reprehensible act. Shame on you, Rob, Charles, Tommy, Hayden, Troy, and any/every other involved employee for every part you’ve played in this. You have failed to deliver the fully-functioning vehicle I paid for and will be held accountable.Character-based reasons to avoid:• A new salesman complained about taking customers on test drives to make sure they were satisfied with such a large purchase. Specifically, 7 test drives, and they DID purchase from him that day.• They will NOT follow through on even small promises such as providing important updates. While awaiting the delivery of my vehicle, I was told countless times that they would keep me updated on the ETA. I had to call repeatedly as the ETA came and went with no call. Issues did arise and they had NO expectations on when the vehicle would arrive, but they did not inform me without constant questioning on my part. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle and waiting on the call(s).• They make YOU feel like a burden to THEM.• They rush you at every turn, whether you are or are not a paying customer. But they have no problem making you wait extended periods of time for anything/everything. They’ll just offer you a water in the meantime.

Austin Elks was a top notch ASM from beginning to end. He was friendly, courteous, and responded promptly to any questions I had and very informative when unexpected issues with my car were found. He sat on the phone with my warranty company multiple times trying to reach them and ensured I saved a lot of money on the repairs that were needing to be done. Even at pickup he made sure to tell me what kind of issues may arise based on the battery replacement needed for my start/stop system. I personally would like to nominate him for employee of the month! I have always had fantastic service every time I have brought my car in to Jeep, and I will continue to do so.

The service for securing a deal on a vehicle here was top notch! I was looking for something to replace my '07 Hyundai Sonata, and I fell in love with a '22 Charger right on the front lot. John in sales was one of the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure to be served by. He was very thorough with the details on the Charger and attentive during the entire process of trading in my old vehicle for my new one. He even called me after a few days just to check in and see how I was liking my Charger (of course I'm loving it!). The guys in repairs were great too when I head to get a headlight fixed. I would recommend Autonation to anyone looking for excellent customer service when it comes to searching for a car. Everyone was so kind, I hope more places will have attentive workers like the ones I got to interact with at Autonation.

It saddens me to have to give this location such a low rating because the initial purchase experience with Mikail Greene was just a smooth and easy process. The service department for used vehicles with the protection packages are a waste of money. My vehicle, on many occasions, has sat for weeks waiting on “availability”, “case approval” for wheels/tires. In one instance, Austin (previous used car service associate) just neglected the vehicle. Troy, on the other hand, did a great job assisting me. Obviously, he was too busy or did not want to deal with my issue. He insisted that if I wanted to expedite the tire process I should call the company and give them my information and take photos. My vehicle was literally sitting 20 meters away from his desk. Just overall, if you buy a used vehicle from this location just tell them to keep that packages.

Getting my truck serviced here has been a fiasco. For a dealership that should be providing top-notch service, it seems amateur at best. The service reps frequently confuse me and my vehicle with others. It took several days before we could even get a ticket written up, let alone actually getting the work done. It has now been one week, and I'm told every day that it will be another day or so, and that's only if I call in. I tried to ask for a service manager, but was denied. Unfortunately, so service rep got sick, so I was transferred to another. Now, I don't have anyone that knows the status of anything. If I ask a specific question, I don't get an answer, just that it will be done soon. Every other garage I have ever been to, has provided better service than this one. I'm just another dollar to them. No personal service at all.

My experience with Auto Nation was a wonderful one. My salesman Mikail was very courteous and professional from beginning to end. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and will definitely recommend anyone to go and share the same experience as I have. You will not regret it!

Your Service Manager Ken was excellent. He took me back to see the car was already being working on. He texted me to say they had to order a part and then in less than 3 days the car was ready. Thank you Ken. I still can not believe having trouble of this nature with only 3700 miles on it. I do Love the car and I have 2 other Chrysler vehicles and I love both of them.

I had a really good experience during the process of purchasing my '23 Dodge Charger. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made sure all needs were met. I will definitely refer my friends to this dealership.

After owning my car for 7 years, I decided to trade it in for the vehicle I always wanted. I found the exact vehicle I’ve been looking for and plus more at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mobile. I decided to look at it. I walked in, met Haley Holmes. She’s a remarkable Sales Lady. She was helpful and patient. I want to say thank you to Haley, Charles and Mikail for a wonderful experience.

Though the temperature was in the mid-90s, the sales people were out of the building waiting under a shade tree to help the customer. Bottles of water were offered before we looked at vehicles. The sales persons were knowledgeable of the inventory and history of the vehicles. When we decided to purchase our vehicle after several test drives the loan officer was very courteous and answered all of my questions. In a nutshell, purchasing a vehicle at AutoNation CDJR was an enjoyable experience. I recommend them for any person looking for a used vehicle.
