This place is so unprofessional. Communication is absolutely horrible. Timing is ridiculous. They give excuses as to why my car hasn’t been being fixed or even worked on. Said higher ups wanted diesels out first. I’d call and would leave voicemail after voicemail till finally days later I would receive a call back with more excuses. This place is horrible and deserves ever horrible review. Never would recommend.

If you're interested in selling a vehicle, this is the place to go! Dillan and Dennis were such a great support today. We were able to sell both of our vehicles and the online quotes and the payout was only a $500 difference. We walked away with over $12k and great customer care. We highly recommend.

I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 and traded in my 2019 Ram 1500 to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Mobile on March 26, 2022. It is now May 5th 2022 and my trade hasnt been paid off by Autonation. I have called my sales person, emailed the Manager and called the customer complaints department for Autonation. I keep getting the run around. They are saying we are going to pay the lien on your trade and still havent. They have my trade for sale on their lot and online. I basically am paying two car notes because of this.

I would not recommend Autonation to anyone. I have had 2 separate experiences with Autonation. Both times I have had lack luster service. Most recently I made an appointment at 7am for my vehicle. They had my vehicle all day and I spoke with Brittany in the service department. She assured me that all the repairs would be completed by the end of the day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE.

Best car buying experience I've ever had and their prices can't be beat. I bought a Jeep for my wife earlier this month and the process was super smooth and simple. Went back this week about a Jeep on an Autonation lot in Texas, and after another super simple painless process, walked away with a second jeep. Two vehicles in 1 month says enough.

Went with a friend to help her buy a car for the first time. all the cars were beat up looking and way over price. We used car guru and the price on there would be $1000 less than what they had in the window but they refused to move. We called about a certain car and we drove an hour to come see it just for them to turn around and say they didnt have it. Then the dealer said give him 5 minutes and he was gonna bring us a car to see, it took 45 minutes. Then it was put of what we already said what our price range was and would consistently show us cars over it. He was constantly pushing us to finance even though we already told him no and we had already taken a loan put for a car through the bank. Then he showed us a car on his computer and said he can go get it. Disappears for a hour and comes back saying he cannot find the keys or car. Then he asked if we had the money which was a check and asked to see it, then hold it, then wanted to hold onto it and show his manager while we looked at a car. We refused and he got upset. We decided to leave after the disappointment. As we left my friend got a text from the dealer saying this: We came with her to help her find a good deal and this is what was said to us. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

I inquired about a vehicle that was at another auto nation store to see if they could have it shipped. They gave me the PO which included the shipping fee and a $750 "document" fee that they said even their employees had to pay. I called the other store in Texas and they gave me the PO with only $150 document fee. I won't do business with this store.

I generally purchase a new (or newer) vehicle every 5-7 years. I've owned about 12 different vehicles. This was-hands down- the absolute best car-buying experience of my life. Everyone was super helpful and although I was buying a pre-owned vehicle, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the product and I never felt that I was being pressured, coerced, or manipulated. It was the most hassle-free car buying experience. I highly recommend coming here. Stay away from the "Jeep's" unless you're independently wealthy, but everything else is fair game! Thumbs up!!!!

We had not bought a car for over 7 years and was worried about the process. Alexis and the staff at Auto Nation Mobile, AL made the process so easy and enjoyable . Very friendly and helpful from sales to finance. We just got a good group to work with. We love our new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I didn’t really know what I wanted other than the color and they never tried to pressure us and allowed us time to discuss everything. In the end while getting ready to sign they realized we could get a lower rate with another company and that helped us feel so much better about it all. Thanks so much for everything Alexis and Auto Nation . We were so thankful that we came there . You all were amazing !! We went to just look and We left with our new car and your service was why!!

I travelled all the way from South Carolina to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. My sales woman, Alexis, was awesome she made the whole process super simple and straightforward. Great customer service and they even picked me up at the airport when I flew down to pick up my Jeep. Awesome experience and recommend them 100%

Service department were terrible they had my car from 730 to 430 and didn't do my recall or contact me. I was told that it couldn't be done because I had to have 720 cranking amps but my car only has a little more than 500 with a new battery so I think they were trying to sell something. Or they didn't do what they were supposed to do and wanted an excuse, either way I don't suggest that anyone use their service department

I've been using this dealership for Maintenance on my Durango and they have always been professional, honest, and call before doing any work that costs money. Never had an issue and highly recommend, Especially Troy as Service Manager he's been the easiest work with (Note: I haven't used any other SM)

I had the absolute best car shopping experience ever here. Austyn was an amazing helpful and caring salesman. In fact when my son is ready to trade up he knows who he wants to come see. Ken in finance made me feel like I was dealing with a friend I had not seen in a long time. I would recommend Austyn and Ken to anyone looking to purchase a new or like me a slightly used car in the future. Loved my experience!
