I came in today to get some new windshield wipers for my chevy traverse and was surprised by the fantastic service by the young man named Walker who helped me. He quickly helped me find what i needed then proceeded to provide a quick installation.

I bought a part online and picked it up here. The picture of the part online showed that it was made of metal. The part I got was made of plastic I did not thoroughly check this until I already had the part home. That is my fault. What I did not like was when I called the store to tell them what happened the customer service associate was unwilling to do anything about it even after I explained the problem. This associate was unwilling to get a manager to try and help me understand either what happened or to fix the problem. The price difference between the parts is a good chunk of money. I’m really not happy with this place.

ordered online and was told my order was ready for pickup then I got there and they only had 1/2 of the order in stock. then they sent me to another auto zone that also said they had it in stock and they did not. waste of time. save yourself the trouble and order whatever your looking for off rock auto.

Paid with gift card and cash for my part returned to get my core charge back and was refused the cash. Would only give me my core back on a give card and I paid more then enough cash to get my core back in cash. Oh and Tammy the MOD was no help at all and she showed me she did not care to help and did not want to try and figure out a solution to help me and walked away to take to another customer before she evan finished with me

I went there to get help on what kind of freon I needed for my mom's van. The older man was helping me but asked to see the freon I got from Walmart so he could advise me. I went to get it but when I came back he had another customer. I totally understood that as I did not expect him to twiddle his thumbs waiting for me. So the young guy asked if he could help. After explaining briefly what I was trying to figure out he got cocky and said "that's why you go to a mechanic " I said this is not something I need a mechanic for and I don't have the money to waste. I continued to try to explain and he kept cutting me off and talking down to me saying I needed to go to a mechanic instead of trying to do it by myself. Do your employees not understand the purpose of this store? I said "I'll go ask someone who knows what they're talking about since you don't. " and as I'm walking to the door he is childishly still saying that's why you need a mechanic. Someone needs to tell this kid who knows nothing about his job what kind of store he works at and that he is not to talk down to people. He's an idiot, rude and quite frankly needs to take his butt to McDonald's to work, if he can even handle that.

GO ELSE WHERE FOR AUTO NEEDS
The lady working at the desk (young tatted up ) acted as if she didn't want to work there and didn't know how to operate code scanner for vehicles. I went in for some brake pads and rotors. Had my truck torn apart for the installation and then realized that the brakes didn't fit the brake calipers. I WENT BACK TWICE FOR BRAKES BOTH TIMES SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE 0 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND
