Absolutely the worst! Employee answered the phone and was asked why are they not open….yet. Would’nt respond. Just sat on the line. They open at 8…it’s 835. Then he proceeds to walk outside and talk to a friend or someone. I have the pictures.

I can't remember the manager's name, but she was helpful, knowledgeable, and patience with me. I asked a lot of questions regarding my problem, and she answered each one with a smile.

The store manager was absolutely amazing her customer service was awesome she's very attentive to her customers and she makes sure everything runs smooth and very appreciative and I'll always be a customer.

David was so very helpful. He was prompt to help us with a battery problem, as well as our engine light prpblem, and asked if we needed help to install the battery. Fantastic job and appreciate his knowledge.

Big shout out to Tracy and Neal! Not only did they help me diagnose the issue but also helped me find the parts I needed to get the job done AND instill the confidence in me that I could do it myself. The managers here definitely know customer service. I had trouble finding a part for a 2003 Sequoia and had to go out of state for it. I ended up buying two out of LA because one was defective. When I tried to return the part to a different AutoZone in Mobile… I was told they could not accommodate me even though my receipt clearly said, return to any AutoZone. I went to the AutoZone on Airport Boulevard Managed by Tracy B… And not only did she immediately give me a refund for the part, but she also ran out to stop me as I was about to drive away because she wanted to make sure that I was also given a refund on my core fee which I had not asked for. While I was waiting on the refund… She also helped several other people find things and then also sent them to different locations if she did not have what they needed in stock. Because of the way she treats people I will always use this store for any automotive needs. If you are ever have trouble finding something or have a question about something… Just ask for Tracy and she will help you!
