I absolutely love this store but yesterday I cut my finger on the Bath & Body Works mailer card while reaching to get it. It felt like a blade hit me. 😩😭

They were extremely busy but only had one cashier at the register's. Had 3 working Ladies walking around straightening things out. Seems like it would be smarter to have two on the registers and two walking around but hey that's just my opinion. But they were having a wonderful sale.

Store is not very kid friendly a mother with young children especially a stroller would find it very difficult to maneuver in store especially during the busier seasons. You should also consider making the store wheelchair friendly for the handicap they enjoy shopping and would enjoy the beauty of the store as well. In spite of I personally love the
ambiance of the it store always smells great. It is always clean and well stocked. Sales associates are always great you with a smile, very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Placing online orders here is a nightmare half or more of your order will be canceled. You can place an order super early and they don’t check it until late in the day. Customer service is lacking as well.

It was very busy in there (November 1st) but the 3 cashiers did their best to take their time with every customer rather than rushing their stuff and risk it breaking on their way out.

I was shopping for Father's Day gifts 🎁 like everybody else. The store was crowded; however, everybody was able to go about their business. I appreciated the sample bottles along with the cards to spray and get a really nice smell of the cologne. I couldn't make up my mind so I bought 2 bottles of cologne. My props to Jackie and the other ladies who were swiftly ringing up our purchases while asking if we found everything we were looking far. Of course, I was happy I found white tea hand soap and plug in. I was able to get in and get out, including checking out within 30 minutes.

I was looking for something specific and asked if they had any. And also was the candle sale still on. There were 2 young ladies standing together. They may have already been occupied. One walked away, and the other said No! Then she walked away. I left immediately! There was no point in trying o get help, and they don't have time. It was a few days before Christmas, so I totally understand the business.

The website said closing at 9 pm on Friday. Unfortunately they are closing earlier than their website says and they turned us away at 7:45 pm.
