“So I’m pretty naive about batteries, anything car related actually. My dealership wanted to charge me almost 500$ for the new battery they wanted to upgrade me to as well as replace the tray and connectors. It seemed a little silly to pay that much for a battery when my car was running fine with what it had for 4 years. I called around and got some quotes, I never knew there were so many battery options out there. I’m really thankful for the manager, Eric, at battery source. I called back twice to ask more questions. He took his time answering all of my tedious questions as well as assuring me that even if I didn’t come there he wanted me to ensure that I made an informed decision regardless of where I went. I needed a new battery like a lot of people today with the sudden cold killing cars left and right. I went here after work to get my battery replaced and planned on changing it myself in the parking lot but realized I left my tools at home. Noah selflessly and without hesitation offered his own personal tools instead of me having to buy what I needed. He even went outside and helped replace the battery. He was very polite, funny, and respectful towards me. He was a phenomenal employee. I will always come back to this store now for any needs I have.”

“I have been coming to this location for a long time. They are very helpful but they Graced me with a ton of mechanics that a clerk had ready to recommend ( and when i called a few they were reasonable and oncoming for a phone call discussion for the issue with my car).
This just is a normal visit at this location they are always helpful, affordable and knowledgeable.
