The truth is that they took great care of me. I don't speak English and the lady took the time with the translator to help me and opened my bank account. I left more than grateful.

I had a loan with this bank and there was an overpayment when my loan was paid off. I have been waiting 30 days for my refund and every time I talk to someone they tell me it’s on the way and I should be receiving it last Monday. I still have not received it so this bank is making interest on my money instead of refunding it. These people are Crooks and I will NEVER use them again.
I am going on 2 months and still no refund and when I call they say a couple more days. Liars!! Now I have to pay an attorney to go after them for what is owed to me. Stay away from this bank they are TERRIBLE

I always work with Summer, and she is great! Always efficient and kind and provides premier customer service. I haven’t visited other branches since first coming here and working with her. 5 stars for Summer and by association this branch!

I love these gals. We had them in Theodore and when they closed that location two of them went to the Hillcrest location. They are always smiling, cheerful and eager to help with any banking need or question I have!!

A future warning to anyone thinking of getting an auto loan here; The only way to pay your loan here is by providing a routing number and a account number! They will NOT take a debit or credit card as a form of payment. I would be surprised if they even accepted cash at this point. The process to get your 10-day pay off is through fax and snail mail ONLY! They will not email a copy, will not send a .pdf, will not scan or upload to you. The request takes a minimum of 2 days for them to process (If they even do it!). The local branches are useless since they can't even get the information for you because they have to put in a request also. This is the hardest I have ever had to work to GIVE a bank money.

This is a good bank. They finished their merger and are now TRUIST bank. I feel they have good options and are helpful and have kind. And knowledgable staff so I do like this bank.

Shaneka was very rude and discriminatory. When we came in to make a transaction. Her actions were absolutely unacceptable. I guess she isn’t use to seeing prominent black business owners, which is even more surprising because she’s a woman of color herself. Branch doesn’t even deserve 5 STARS!
