They don’t even deserve one star. I opened my accounts with Central, and stayed with them through Compass and BBVA. I never had any issues until PNC took over. I’m moving my accounts to another bank ASAP. I was given incorrect information which ruined a car buying experience and a trip out of town. These people don’t care about you. They’re just another greedy corporate monster.

I rarely give 1 star but this branch could honestly get a 0 from me. The policies change almost every time I come by, no one answers the phone, and the first moment we get a chance to be off at the same time, my husband and I will be going with our credit union! Not to mention it has gone from Amsouth to Compass to PNC in the time I've banked with them! You'd at least think they'd do you a favor!!! lol Peace out, PNC!!! lol You guys are a joke at every branch!

I hate to even give one star. They could care less. I called three different branches and no one answered the phone. Finally went to the bank and they lady said they were short handed. Didn't look short handed to me. There were at least 5 to 6 people in the offices and I know 4 plus tellers.

the drive-up teller hours might be rude, I don't know about that...but all of the people in the little offices who help you are Excellent. I have been inside Many times and was always treated with respect, courtesy and friendly helpfulness..

Overall rude and disrespectful employees. There are many financial institutions in the area that would appreciate your business with courteous and helpful employees. The transition from BBVA to PNC has exacerbated the poor customer focus at PNC.

Very rude and discriminatory. Example: went through the drive thru, teller never greeted nor gave a farewell. But the car next to me had a WHITE family and they were treated with respect and given a greeting and farewell. Your a bank teller for peak’s sake . They didn’t go to law school so they have no room to judge people. If your white and meet the tellers standard you will be treated fairly. I see this has been a problem and nothing has been done. Maybe that is the culture of this branch, maybe even pnc. I’ll be moving my money and my families money to a diff institution. And also will be setting up a meeting. This has to stop! Maybe they need to be reminded they are a bank tellers nothing more nothing less. Remember that

I have banked with PNC Bank for atleast 10 years, I usually have zero issues but at this particular branch I found Julie quite dismissive and rude. Jalexia was a lot more helpful. I hope that management recognizes team members who are willing to help any and all customers.

Since PNC took over, the reps have been extremely rude! They don't greet you when you go through the drive thru, the wait time is LONG, and they don't thank you. Will be closing my accounts and banking with their competitors.
