I'm sorry all...I started answering questions about a chicken wing place and next thing I know it asked is it a good bank...so please don't listen to my answers for PNC Bank. It's a great bank with friendly and helpful staff!!!

Worst bank ever. They don't wanna give out loans to qualified customers. ATM machine constantly stays down and so does there app. So now they wanna charge you $7 per account if you don't have a income of $500 or more in them for there lousy service. Closed my account today and never going back and on top of that since I did close my account they said that part of there rules are if you close your account with them you can never come back. Like they wanna punish me for not wanting to stay . Worst bank ever do not recommend. Would give them -star if I could.

Changed to pnc and I had to leave. ATM down seems like all the time. Online banking is a joke !! Have several purchases that didn't show up for up to 6 days almost made me overdraw..when I asked about the issue I was told I needed to get a ledger and write everything down!!! It's 2022 what the purpose of online banking if I need a ledger!!?? Let's be serious. JS
