I have been getting my nails done for over 4 years and I always get them done back to back. I came here for the first time and got greenies! On top of that the nails were done sloppily and I had to go to another shop to get them fixed , and when i showed them my nails they said they looked like they had been painted by a 5th grader.

This was my 2nd time going, my first time was great. I went to get a pedicure. The base was amazing and flawless. When it came to polishing the first layer was patchy, second wasnāt better and my nailbeds were flooded with polish. There was hair or something on my nail, it came from the polish, that I eventually had to get off myself because the tech couldnāt get it. I ended up just asking the tech to take the polish off. They asked was I sure and said it wouldnāt change the price. But in all honestly Iām just trying to be nice. The flooded nail bed and not getting that fiber (hair) off my nail did it for me and changing the polish wonāt help.
When we got to my wax that absolutely put the nail in the coffin. I asked for brows only. The tech said āyou need lip too.ā When I told her no I didnāt want that, she held a mirror up to my face. I said Iām aware of what my lip looks like. She threw a big patch of wax on my face. At this point my thoughts are let me get through this and never come back.
She complained about me not having the polish on my toes and referenced that I shouldāve gotten gel. Then said Iāll do you a favor and just charge you $5. She told the 1st tech to grab the gel and I had already told her no 3 times. The tech walked up to me said what color do you want and I said ānothing, Iām not doing gel. She wants the gel.ā I donāt want yall to polish them!
I can see people having a bad night or even being drained at the end of shift. I did come in at 5 they close at 6. But i felt so disrespected and disregarded. You canāt take it upon yourself to do something because you feel like someone needs it. You cant insinuate someone is broke or trying to discount a service because they decline it. So I paid, left and will just go to someone else for service. This experience was pushy and rude at the end.

This place was AWESOME!! They were recommended while in town for a birthday party and they did. Not. Miss. The ambiance was calm, the staff was friendly and didnāt try to get over with prices (very reasonable), it wasnāt packed and chaotic, very quiet and serene. I was offered a beverage and snacks. And they finished within a reasonable time. This is definitely the place I will visit whenever Iām in town.
