I have a package that should be shipping from best buy. I called customer support because it was not delivered yesterday as I was informed. The package still has not shipped. They have not even created a shipping number. I asked if I could go to the store and pick up the item. They will not allow me to pick up my item at the store because it has been over 30 minutes since the order was placed. They will not provide me a shipping number because they have not created one. I have no idea when I will actually receive my lap top. It has been 5 days since my order was received. It is 2 days past the delivery date. After three hours and multiple representatives, I do know that the lap top is currently in Dublin on a shelf. I also know that when someone picks it up and creates a shipping label they will email the tracking number to me. If it is past the arrival date, it has not shipped, and a tracking number has not been created they should allow me to pick it up in the store. Very unhappy customer.

Pretty much all of the Best Buy's in the south have horrid customer service. This one is no different. Makes it pretty easy to just start ordering everything from amazon.

Got what i needed ordered online, and I went to pick it up without any issues. Also, I was able to leave the bulk of the cardboard there for recycling. And the fella working the door/security was more than helpful.

They had some good sales. We went in for a Roku stick and bought an Alexa studio and JBL blue tooth speaker. Spent more than we anticipated sure to sale prices.

Needed a stove. My granddaughter told me to check open box items. I almost left before asking about open box stoves. We knew what we wanted and asked specifically for a stove. We did purchase the stove with a dent, we saved $1220.00. The salesman was less than enthusiastic. It's set for delivery today, but haven't been contacted yet. Will follow up if problem with delivery.

They had everything I needed for my new home theatre system. I also got a discount for opening a credit line. The stafff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery staff was very professional.

Ok! The customer service is OK.The geek squad is NOT good at customer service. They will cuss / talk about other customers/ and start helping u, then STOP, and start helping somebody else…..I do absolutely no business with BestBuy Because how unprofessional The Geek Squad Department is.The prices for the phone cases/ TVs / Laptops are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Like I’m literally looking at the same tv (same box and Same pictures on the front) and the TV was $500 MORE than what Amazon/Walmart/Target….I don’t understand. The ONLY reason why I come here is because when it come to repairs, APPLE was send u here every time. Or they will tell u the closest is in New Orleans and which is why I just sick it up and come here but if it was another location. I would not come here AT ALL

Bought an Xbox game and had it shipped to the mobile store. Before I picked it up I asked the employee that if the game was scratched or damaged could I exchange it for another copy because in the past I have had some bad luck. They said absolutely. The game had some scratches and when I brought it back I was told no returns or exchanges on software. So the employees lie just to get you to buy the product. Do not buy games or movies from them. Buy off Amazon. They accept returns on open games and movies no questions asked.

Always very helpful staff. Went out of their way helping my elderly mother choose a phone that eas right for her. I do hate they changed total tech around, and its no longer sensible to purchase it. Hopefully, they change back.

wanna start off on a positive note and mention the agent who helped me with my device in the geek squad department. Her name is Kiara and i would definitely would recommend her to help others! i had another agent trying to charge me for something that my warranty covers and kiara simply explained to me how since i have apple warranty/ coverage i will not come outta pocket on my device ! very helpful keep up the good work kiara. Also the other agents need to do there job better..no reason why i was almost charged for something that i had coverage on
