“Riding my e-bike from Atlanta to New Orleans I popped into Cadence to get a new bottle cage and a couple of new bottles. I've been in a lot of bike shops and through the front door this shop impresses-- not crowded, very clean, and well lit. The owner listened to what I needed and expeditiously got me set and back on the road. All the employees were attentive and kind and took the time to make route suggestions and store stops. I wish we had local bike shop like this one in my hometown.”
“Scott is a great customer service Rep. My family has been to the bike shop 4-5 times over the last few months and we have purchased 2 bikes. A Specialized Mountain Bike and a Haul E-Bike. Both bikes are great, we love them both. We also love the customer service. All the guys in the shop are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The shop also has a layaway plan if you need one to purchase a bike. This would be so helpful if needed. Especially for Christmas Purchases later this year.
