We have taken 1 of our dogs, for extreme allergies, and 1 of our cats to be fixed and get his shots. The only things I am upset about is that we hadn’t found these doctors earlier! These are some of the most caring, compassionate, patient, wonderful people my wife and I have ever come across in the medical field! And to top it off, they have some of the best, most fair prices of any vet we’ve been to. They take their time with you, and really seem to care about the animals. I HIGHLY suggest these doctors to any and everyone with fur babies!

Everyone at Bit & Spur is phenomenal, from the front to the back. I love Dr. Andrews. She takes wonderful care of both of my cats. She is patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dawayne is also an amazing tech. He is super gentle and very caring. I am so glad I took my boss's recommendation to use this animal hospital. They're top-notch!

Sensational staff! My 3 year old pug, Beans, had her very first appointment here recently, and I cannot say enough great things about this hospital. I had such high anxiety from losing my older pug a few days prior, and every single staff member was amazingly kind and welcoming, and treated Beans like family. The facility is clean, bright and inviting. Dr. Spicer was incredibly kind, honest, and very thoughtful. I asked her 1 million questions, and she answered all of them very thoughtfully and thoroughly. I am a client for life.

I changed vets to Bit & Spur over a year ago because my vet said my 9 yr old Dobies were "too much trouble for them to treat" & I should just put them down. I was paying the thousand dollar bills but they didn't want to be bothered. Bit & Spur, especially Dr Rolfe, took excellent care of my 2 babies. They were sisters & developed several issues this last year that progressed quickly. We lost them 3 weeks apart, the last one on Friday 3-23-23. The compassion & care from Dwayne, Dr Rolfe's tech, Dr Spicer & the entire team was a blessing. My girls loved them in the short time they had with them. I will forever be grateful for their care & kindness.

Dr. Courtney and Dr. Fuller are two of the most incredible vets I’ve ever encountered. They take time to explain and answer any questions you may have. I truly am so thankful for them and their whole staff. All of my animals have adored them! Thank you to the whole crew for taking care of my family members. It means the most to me.

Dr. Kyle Rolfe is the best! He is so compassionate. He was so kind treating our Molly, and when it came time for her pain to stop, he and his tech were loving and so very thoughtful with my family. If and when we get another dog, he will be the first to see them.

I took both of my cats in to get their shots updated and and to get my baby’s ears checked. The staff was very polite and welcoming. They were super helpful and every one of my questions were answered. Thank you all so much. I will be bringing my cats here from now on.

Switched to Bit and Spur recently and was seen by Dr. Rolfe who was fantastic. Both he and the staff were compassionate, incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rolfe is clearly very knowledgeable as well as empathetic. My cat was very sick and Dr. Rolfe went above and beyond in his care for her even seeing her on his day off to help get her through it. Will be recommending him and the clinic to all my friends and family.

Made the switch from a different local vet to Bit & Spur because of some subpar interactions with the owner vet at the other practice. Saw Dr. Rolfe for my dog’s issue (as a second opinion because I did not trust the plan of action from my original vet) and he was fantastic. You can tell he is passionate and knowledgeable about his field and did the appropriate testing that was not done at my original vet. I walked out with a solid plan of action and feeling confident and empowered to care for my dog. Needless to say, I am switching care of all 3 of my animals to Bit & Spur. Highly recommend!

My sweet baby, Tucker, had some health issues that ultimately cost him his life. Dr Rolfe and his team did such a fantastic job of trying to save him and when the time came to put him down, they gave my baby the dignified and peaceful end he deserved. I could not be more appreciative of the care and love they gave Tucker. He was hospitalized for over a week straight at one point and the clinic expressed 0 frustration at my constant calls for updates and me showing up every day to visit, although I’m sure it got annoying for them at times lol. Thank you, Dr. Rolfe and team, for everything you did for Tucker ?

Everybody is very nice and professional and you can tell they love animals. They are so good with my dogs, who can be a handful because of their size and excitement level. Vets are usually always expensive but Bit and Spur is always lower than I think it’s going to be but I’m always very happy with the level of care they provide. A+ would definitely recommend and I don’t think you could find a better value.

Great facility, love the app to keep track of my dog appts and visits. However, as with most vets, they always recommend drop off and and pickup to charge more. I chose Bit & Spur because the rescue I adopted had most of his record here. I called several times and couldn't get an answer regarding flea meds or if he was up to date in his shots. I finally decided to walk in. They apologized, new staff, and he was seen the same day. The cost however ridiculous. I have a regular vet I use off Moffett Rd and they and 1/3 of the price and a lot more friendly. The bells and whistles are nice but it doesn't make up for southern hospitality. Ex. Neuter for Chipin (10lbs) - $450+, other vet $130+.
