Left my car for service on a Sunday night parked outside the building. Monday morning at 8:08am i had an email from Mr Reed with the check-in slip listing the issues that needed to be addressed. All parts needed were ordered early that day. Was impressed how quick they were to attend to my car. After parts arrived the car was done in a respectable timeframe. I understand my car is not the only car being fixed. :) Mr Reed exceeded my expectations as i found out he went the extra mile to reach out to Carmax and have them deliver a fender liner that carmax was suppose to install afterwards and then had BMW technicians install it. This got my BMW M4 back to me even quicker. Due to working long hours i requested to m"Mr Reed if it be okay if he parked the car outside with the keys inside and locked and he said "ofcourse no problem". 2 hrs later in the evening i showed up to pick up my car with my extra set of keys and was again very impressed to see my black M4 shine so much like it never had before in the 5 weeks of ownership, not to mention it was night time by then. My car was detailed for me inside and out! Thank you very much for all your efforts! Car is perfect now! If im ever back in the area again ill make sure to stop for a maintenance check up!

Shame on BMW of Mobile. I took my car to get serviced, and I picked it up on a Saturday afternoon. My husband drove it 10 miles and stopped at Publix. After about 15 minutes in the store, he came out to the car engulfed in flames. It took several months to see any money as the result of the negligence. The worst part about this whole ordeal is that The GM and service manager where awful to deal with. The dealership knew it was their fault and lied about it, and they never refunded me the $1200 I spent to initial fix the car. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

The worst BMW dealership on the planet. I only needed to order a key for my wheel locks and I have the old one with the number on it. I couldn't even get the lady in parts to look it up and see if they had one in stock before I took the hour drive. She kept telling me how there were many different keys, and how she haven't seen one of those locks in years. Just because my car is an 07, you still should be able to find and search for parts lady.

My experience at BMW of Mobile, was nothing short of amazing! I had been in the market to purchase a new BMW for about a month, contacting BMW dealers in Georgia and Mississippi. After dealing with some nasty and rude salesman at Alpharetta BMW and Galleria BMW of D'iberville, I am pleased to say I have found a new BMW home, Mobile! My entire transaction was so quick, painless and informative! Hands down THE best transaction E V E R and this is my 3rd BMW! During my transaction, I met and worked closely with Mr. Jeff, Mr. Arthur, and Mr. Jaron, all wonderful guys! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and assuring! My deal was complicated however THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! I highly recommend this dealership to all searching for their next BMW! Thank you BMW of Mobile for my new X1, the baby mobile!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! After a two day search/communication with BMW dealerships in 2 other states (FL and GA), I located the vehicle that I wanted at BMW of Mobile. I contacted Jeff at/around 1500 on a Saturday and drove 2.5 hrs to finalize paperwork/pick-up my vehicle on Monday! Jeff was prompt and precise! Patrick was very knowledgeable and patient...he diligently walked me through the various features/settings ensuring I got the best out of my vehicle! I am VERY pleased! I would later have to bring the vehicle in for an issue with one of the tires. Jeff coordinated the details with Becky, who exemplified customer service/courtesy in accommodating me for any/all inconveniences! I would highly recommend this staff/location to any/all!

Editing my original review...I first gave them one star when I was frustrated with their work. Mr. Butts, he was good to me and made things right when I wasn't happy, plus my car was spotless when I got it back (I think they even waxed it) and the repair looks great, so thanks.

I go in to get an estimate. When they hand it to me, they say they can't start my repair till mid March. You could've started off telling me that and not wasted my time. Secondly, we're still in the midst of a pandemic. There is a state wide mandate fir masks. No one in the office was covered. Finally, the windshield here was twice the price I was quoted from the mini dealer. BMW makes mini! A bunch of assess!!!

I was calling around to see if it was possible for a shop to estimate my vehicle and take it in the same week. Most shops I called told me that it'll take about a week for them to get a chance to look at the car. I spoke with Danny and he said that I can look at the car anytime but taking it in depends on how severe the damages are. I brought the vehicle in and right away, he told me that he'll take it in because if water got on the car, it'll damage the electrical components. After a few minutes of taking down my info and he called Hertz for me to see if they can pick me up to get my rental. After 10 minutes of trying, he said "You know what? I'll just take you up there". He even waited till I signed the documents to my rental. The level of service he's provided me made me feel like I chosen the right place to take my vehicle to. The quality of work to the service, top notch! I definitely would recommend!
