I have called both numbers just to receive NO ANSWER. I arrived at the store at 555pm and was told they close in 5 minutes.... But it says 7pm for every location. Didn't seem like she wanted to sell me phones or service........

I came with a friend who has phone service with Boost Mobile. The maps app showed that the store was open at 10AM, when we arrived, but we were informed that the correct opening time is 11 AM. The representative who arrived about 45 minutes early, was very courteous and provided needed services.

It's Boost. The store says call customer service, customer service says to go to the store. Long story short I paid to get hot spot on, get home and it says I have to pay a 0.00 balance to turn wifi back on. The lady she tried so hard and it was NOT her fault. This is par for Boost. If u looking to get new phones and Service DO NOT GO TO ANY BOOST. ANY PHONE SERVICE PLACE IS BETTER THEN BOOST!! We have had nothing but problems.

It took 3 plus days to get this wifi turned on! I finally got a person on the phone today that was able to do the very thing that should have been done the 1st time. Will be going back to straightalk asap! Smh

ive been there twice this week during regular business hours & the doors have been locked with the open sign lit up and no one there. cant get anyone on the phone when you call either.

Was sold a defective phone person working was incompetent said she couldn't even pull up account on computer took to different store they confirmed phone was defective person working refused to give managers name or number then refused to give her name.
