I wanted a plain leather belt, so I looked for one at Boot Barn because vegan leather wouldn't do. Finding a plain ladies' leather belt in my size was difficult. It wasn't long before I had personalized help looking for a plain belt in the children’s and men’s sections to find one small and plain enough to fit me. Finally, we found one that was my size, so I easily bought it with a credit card and was soon on my way. Everyone at Boot Barn was friendly and accommodating to my needs, however small it was then. I look forward to going back.
