Worst Experience renting a car ever. This site tried to cancel a prepaid rental before I could even arrive in town.. Rude, and disrespectful. Never renting here ever

Horrible customer service. Their rental reservation system prompts you to prepay. Absolutely no exceptions even if your military orders change and we returned the vehicle a week early!! They make zero exceptions for human needs. And then Brian Mintz instead of just simply apologizing kept feeding me all the usual excuses. Simply apologize, don’t try to argue with the customer. Very rude.

The woman who took care of the rental and return was very polite and the car drove well and was well maintained. However, I really wouldn't recommend renting a car from "Budget" unless you are independently wealthy and have a very substantial budget. The price was especially high considering the "midsize" car was very small and uncomfortable, especially when driving a distance farther than just up the block. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and exhausting experience and I will be renting the next car I have to rent (in about two weeks) from somewhere else.

No signs as to wear to return car but plenty of threatens of 1500. Charge if not returned properly.

Booked through hotwire and when I showed up to pick up everything was all set. A couple notes though hotwire will let you book using your debit card but you need a credit card to pick up car rental agencies won't take a debt card. Secondly when booking through hotwire insurance is $10 a day but at the counter if you choose to add it then it's $30 so if you're getting insurance book it ahead of time.

Budget was great. Easy in easy out very. Fast, friendly service.On the other hand, the circuitous route through the Mobile Airport concentric parking lot was less than desirable, however that is not Budget's issue.

Worst customer service ever,wish I could give them 0 stars.Had to rebook due to flight being cancelled 2 days less $120 more ripped off by budget,never again.

I'm not giving Budget a 5 star review, I'm giving Allison at the Mobile airport 5 stars for great customer service. She was very helpful and very informative. Over my week long ordeal with multiple car rental agencies she was the only employee who made me feel like an important customer and not just a problem. Thank you Allison. (Hope I spelled that right)

Do Not Try To Use A Debit Card Unless Its From A Bank You Can Walk Into The Issuing Bank. No Onlne Banks Accepted!

I rented a car while my car was being serviced. I filled the tank when I returned it and was charged 4 weeks after return stating the tank was not full I no longer had the receipt to prove differently very poor customer service will never use them again
