the people working in this establishment are the most ignorant and disrespectful i’ve ever met in a work place. i’ve never seen a group of people who all somehow seem to lack the simple common sense and human decency to not act like an uneducated idiot and disrespect and try to throw slurs and fight a random person for walking around a store and just because im the only white person there too??? LMAO

Great store HORRIBLE lineups with only two cashiers. I have been in line for over 15 mins and I still have five people in front of me. And manager nowhere to be found. Terrible service.

Worst experience ever the manager Monica was VERY unprofessional I asked for help and was told to find a different employee because she was busy but when I approached her she was having a conversation on her phone that was very inappropriate for a work environment also she is very disrespectful to her employees Burlington has definitely lost my business

I went here two days in a row at different times and the line to check out was terrible so I left because I didn’t have time to wait. I came back the next day at a not busy time and I waited in line for over 30 minutes. Who has time for that ?

Just called inquiring about a product, the lady was no help. I live 1 hour away and needed help checking to see if a product was in stocked and the lady Practically told me she didn’t want to go and look due to the fact that the store was pretty cleared out ? How that makes sense i’m not sure but very disappointed!

Is a disabled person wanting to shop at the store. Didn't know I had to bring my own wheelchair because they don't Supply any electric chairs for the side shopping. I don't recommend you shop here if you're disabled. They don't care
