My husband had purchased a car from them on August 30, 2025 and has yet to receive the registration. When we called about it they give us the run around telling us that we have to talk to the other location so we call them they say we have to talk to this location. We are 55 days in and not a word from them yet and no clear answer. I would NEVER NEVER send anyone to any of their locations. I’m about to report them. I just got my tags on my car had to pay an extra $450 you will hear from the attorney general and I will also contact an attorney for breach of contract on your part. August 30 til today Nov 26 is out of line

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Titan from this dealership, and I can honestly say it was the worst vehicle buying experience of my life. I test drove the truck and the AC didn't work so I told them if they repaired the AC I would buy the truck. They called me back a few days later saying it was fixed and when I test drove the truck it did work. I paid for the truck and by later that night it had stopped again. I took it back the following Monday and was told to follow the salesman to AAA Muffler on Schillinger Rd where they kept the truck for almost a month and did not repair it. Finally, I called Carboxx back and they said they would take care of it in house and that I could come get it the next day. I picked it up the next day and it did work, for two days before all the refrigerant leaked out and it stopped again. At this point, I had driven the truck only 3 days since buying it and decided to wash it to at least make it look nice outside, at which time I found that I could wash the paint off with my water hose. Needless to say I took it back immediately. I was then sent to the other dealership on Hwy 90 to get the paint repaired for an agreed upon price of $300 which became $850 once the painter realized he would have to paint nearly the entire truck. When I asked about the AC I was told they had done all they could do. So, now I have a truck with a new paint job I didnt want and no AC. Needless to say, I wouldn't suggest purchasing a car here if you like dealing with honest people. Sure, I signed a paper saying as is, but that was under an understanding that a man's word that he would fix something still had meaning.

When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to purchase a newer car. Bought a 2017 Buick encore and I’ve loved it. Until….a deer hit the side of my car. I took it to a body shop were they unveiled all this damage that had been purposely hidden. My crash bar was crushed in, engine cradle destroyed, frame was bent and had been pulled to straighten it, my headlight was drilled through to make it stay in, and to top it off my bumper was epoxyed on. The body shop says the car should have been totaled. But instead it was sold to me in this condition. I contacted the manager and he basically let me know it was my problem now… I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

i haven’t even gotten to the car shopping part because getting someone on the phone has been a very hard task! that’s a red flag for me if the customer service part of this transaction is not A-1!!! by the time someone comes to the phone and answer my questions legitimately- the car inventory will have changed and the car I have had my eye on ….. will be gone ! !
