In September 2024 I purchased my vehicle, within the first couple of weeks I had to bring it back to get my tire fixed and figure out why my car kept sending a notification that it didn’t have oil but indeed it did. They fixed the sensor for the oil notification, so they say, but the same day I received my vehicle the same notification appeared again. I took it back, Willie fixed it, and did not charge me a fee. In November 2024 my car ran hot and I took back to them and they said it was an issue with the water pump. They fixed it but this time I had to pay. I did not have an issue with paying I just wanted my vehicle fixed. In December 2024 my car started running hot again, Carland said that it was a different water pump this time and that I had to pay to get that fixed as well. I’m sure that while fixing the first water pump they saw the issue with the other pump and could have fixed that one as well to save not only my time and their time but me having to come out of my pocket again 2 days before Christmas. In March of 2025 the car ran hot again. Same issue. May 2025 same issue. June 2025 same issue. Each time I had to have the car towed and paid a $100 towing fee including paying to have the issue fixed. At this point I wanted to know how many darn water pumps does a car have. In this same month and year (June 2025) I was pregnant about to give birth to my child. SO when my car ran hot it was when I was coming back from my doctor’s appointment. They (carland) came to get my car again. After finding out what was wrong i made them aware that I didn’t want them to fix it I would get it towed from there and get someone else to do it. The day after that is when I ended up going into labor. When I got out of the hospital I gave them a call about getting my vehicle and that’s when they informed me that due to my car being there over ten days it was considered abandoned and I would have to pay the full price of the vehicle in order to get my vehicle back. The manager was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional while speaking to me about my vehicle. He spoke to me as if I stole their vehicle and he wanted it back, just to give you an idea of how the conversation went. Mind you, my vehicle has been up there many of times due to this “water pump” issue and it was well over 10 days before I gave them an answer about if I wanted them to fix it or not. The only reason they did this Because I didn’t want them to fix this issue because CLEARLY they don’t know what they are doing. Or maybe they did a temporary fix so they could get more money out of me. Why do I have to keep paying for an issue that I ALREADY PAID YOU TO FIX MORE THAN ONCE? Anyway I decided that they can have the car cause I literally was paying a car note for no reason cause I never had the car due to them always having to fix it. They would take weeks to fix the issue and I still had to pay the note on time just to get it returned back to me with the same darn issue! I literally paid them to take and keep my car if you think about it. If we add the car note, the down payment, all the money paying them to fix it, they got over on me! As I look at other reviews it seems that it’s women who they love to get over on. I am not a one time customer of theirs and know that when Willie was more in charge none of this was going on! Whoever they are allowing to run this show is running it in the ground. You can tell by how they respond to the reviews. Please please please be cautious when going to this car lot. Take a man with you and a mechanic! Don’t (not don.t) leave off that lot without test driving it. READ THAT PAPERWORK!!! READ THAT PAPERWORK!!

WARRNING My front driver and passenger floor board has been soaked for months every time it rains and even when it don't rain it's wet they keep it for days and did nothing 15,000 Limon beware don't make the same mistakes I did. WHAT A SHAME.

Ya I purchased my 2012 Chevy Camaro in march and from the start told them the air don’t work the torque converter was messed up and my trunk button was supposed to be replaced the day I got the car! Then today when I go into pay another note let them know my car has been in a transmission shop which costed 2000 to get fixed parts n labor oh they said they could have done it cheaper! No see I refuse to have used or cheap part put in a vehicle I have to use for my kids! And of course didn’t knock nothing off on the car and one of the owners was a smart you know what I am not dumb I worked on vehicles n my mechanic has work in vehicle for 45 years but according to them there mechanic was better! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT

My wife and I purchased a Mustang for our Son's sixteenth Birthday. Jarred was our salesman and he was awesome. Even after we had made the deal and the car purchase was final...Jarred took care of a few minor details concerning the car without any problem. Jarred is the man at Car Land!

I bought a car from Jarred who took his time to find me a car in my price range to deliver my mail out of so him and his crew worked on it to arrange it to make it more comfortable for me to do so , and even made me my own pillow for the middle, very thankful to them!

I went in with certain expectations after speaking with someone over the phone about down payments and what deal they'd make. Turns out it wasn't entirely true.Then Jarred made it right by working out a deal on something nicer than I had wanted to buy. He also had them order the parts to fix the issues with the car on their dime since it wasn't already done.Great service so far, 3 stars for now, but I will update it to 5 when the work is done for being so amazing. 5 stars for Jarred all the way though, ask for him if he's working!
