“The car rental service made our vacation perfect with a brand new 2016 Jeep that had only 200 miles on it! They also provided us with paddle boards along with the rental, allowing us to enjoy the coastal lakes with the doors and top off. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.”
“I frequently rent with enterprise and this is the first time I had a problem The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the vehicle I rented had a smoke smell and was not properly cleaned. But when I returned the vehicle Cameron was very concerned about my complaints and gave her apology, and made things right. I will definitely rent from enterprise again”
“A service man was nice. I was a little perplexed when I realized that someone had sat in the passenger seat and the floorboard had some dirt on. It and my radio station was changed. I couldn't figure out why that happened when I was there for an oil change and I actually purchased tires while I wneither one of those I. Would think would need someone inside of the car to change the station. Don't really like that”

“I've been doing business with Palmer's Toyota for years. We've bought a total of 4 vehicles over the years from there. Diana Register is our salesperson and she has done a wonderful job helping us with getting the vehicles we needed and wanted. Corey is our service department rep and always makes sure our vehicles are taken care of and that we understand the work that's been done and advises us on anything we need to follow up with in future. Chris Wilson oversees the detail department and has always had over vehicles look new when we have them cleaned. Tina drives the shuttle and always has a smile on her face and gladly gets her customers to their destination when vehicles have to be left for maintenance. I already know that when I'm ready to trade in my car I'll be going back to Palmer's Toyota Superstore.”

“I was so nervous about these other reviews but honestly it was a great experience. We arrived to the airport to see Shawn she was very pleasant we picked up the car it was almost brand new with 3000 miles on it and no mechanical issues. Return of the rental car was just as seamless no issues when we returned it. Our rental was about $250 cheaper than other rentals so I’m thankful we went with Dollar.”

“I booked on Priceline and everything was very seamless and easy. Pickup was quick and efficient. My only problem is that on Priceline it said I would have to pay $52 at pickup and because I am under 25 I had to pay $180. I don’t have a problem with paying the fee, but I definitely think it should be made apparent at the time of booking and not a surprise when you get there. The car was super clean and nice. I’m overall happy, just wish I would’ve known that I would be paying $335 instead of $250.”

“The price was right, the staff was friendly and most of all this was the cleanest car inside and out that I have ever rented. The car has 26,000 miles on it but it looked brand new. A clean car makes a trip so much nicer. Other big name car rental companies should take note, especially Hertz. I have rented many cars from them and they don't even vacuum the cars. I will use Thrifty in the future for sure.”

“Car wasn't cleaned but I was ok with it. Ladies at the counter are awesome! Don't rent a RAV4 they are very plastic feeling and have an electric parking brake that will almost give you whiplash when putting it in park. The auto start stop sounds like the starter is going to come out the hood. ( This is a car manufacturer problem not Avis)”
