Excellent location, great employees, the wait time is always minimal, awesome customer service, My card number was copied from a reader and went in to get a new card. had a new one with-in a few minutes.

This branch has horrible customer service!!! All of the woman was so rude. No one knew how to do their job.

I am very annoyed with the customer service at this bank. Specifically at this branch. My debit card expired and I never received a new one. I called the bank after a week from the expiration date and they said they had switched systems and some cards weren't automatically sent out. (Completely understandable.) So they ordered my card and said it would be the next week. I still didn't receive my card so I visited this branch to withdraw cash and check on the status. Jennifer Ceagel assisted me. She was very professional and went out of her way to figure out what went wrong and tracked down the card. She told me that it should arrive that day or the next day. It's now almost another week later and I still don't have my card. I called and spoke to miss Ceagal and she again, very professionally, apologized for the mix up and told me that the card was sent back but she will have one made before they closed and I'll be able to pick it up in the morning. I came to pick up my card 2 hours after the bank opens today and they card was never made. Allie was supposed to have my card because Jennifer was off today. Pam was the teller and when I asked for my card her response was, "Umm.. I kept reminding her that you would be picking up today" Instead of doing anything to help, Allie proceeded to text on her personal cell phone, avoided eye contact with me or the teller and the teller left her station to print my card which took over 40 minutes. This should have been a simple. Walk in and walk out situation but instead I've wasted mine and Pam's time because Allie did not follow through.

No complaints in the 3 years I was a customer before my move to Seattle. Every branch I frequented I always got great service and never a wait. Hopefully I will find a similar bank up there.
