I've actually never had an issue like this before. I bought a pack of cigarettes for my fiance, i gave a twenty. I didn't realize before I left, but I was given three dollars, not a ten and two dollars like I should have been. When I realized, I went back. I've worked as a cashier at a gas station before, it's very simple to count down the drawer to see if you are short or over. While it sucks, if a mistake was made, it needs to be done. Instead of be willing to rectify their mistake and check the drawer, I was just told I should have checked before leaving. Okay, fair enough, I'll do that in the future, but I typically spent about a hundred a week there in the past and I won't in the future now. I understand wanting someone to be sure before they leave, but mistakes happen, this was a mistake on their part, and it should have been fixed because there were ways to fix it. Don't put it on a customer and dismiss them. I'm not sure if keeping my ten dollars is worth my future business, but if that's how they want to handle it, then okay ig.

I like this place because it's convenient to almost all the places I have to go in Mobile. Easily accessible and they take EBT. The gas prices are high though so I don't usually get gas her. It's more for snacks and a restroom.

DO NOT GET GAS HERE! I paid for $10 dollar and got stopped at $6.29. Went inside, talked to a gentleman whom barely spoken English and he tried to argue with me that I got $10. After I refused to listen to his nonsense he proceeded to call someone? Whom, I dont know because that point I'd had enough, told him to keep my money and left.

Employee was friendly and polite, but there was a woman behind the counter who was really rude when I didn't realize she wasn't an employee (I believe she was a vendor.) Sorry for asking one of the people behind the counter where the spoons were.
