This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Too bad 0 stars isn't a option bc they definitely deserve that rating. Impossible to deal with. Will tell you whatever you want to know while ordering but once uniforms come in they "forgot" anything they promised when you ordered. Don't bother.

If I could give this branch of Cintas a negative number I would. I work with a company and have used them for 10 years and they are always messing up orders. If you can use someone else.

This company had the account for my husband's shipyard. I hated using them. Most of the time I washed his clothes at home, but if items became torn, burned, worn out or just needed to be replaced, I'd mark tags and send them in. I can't tell u how many times they didn't send back the same amount of clothes or they didn't mend (fix) the issues. Heck one time my husband got back his clothes and they stunk like dirty socks. Finally because of all the complaints, the shipyard quit using this company.
