I had a really disappointing experience with this business. The employees were rude and unhelpful, making the entire process incredibly frustrating. Not only did they refuse to process a return I was entitled to, but their overall attitude was extremely unprofessional. It's clear that they lack basic customer service skills and, unfortunately, their behavior is driving away customers. I left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. I won't be returning, and I highly suggest management address this issue before it negatively impacts their reputation further.

I’ve been coming to this gas station for years now. I’m not sure what’s up with these negative reviews. Kathy the manager and all the staff have always been great. They all do a fine job. I’m sure they appreciate your continuous support but if it’s that bad. There is a gas station across the street.

If you’re gonna have a car wash please make it to where it accepts payment…. It declines every card ( I have gone back several times to see if it was fixed) and the machine does not take cash.

This store just pre-paying for fuel and getting Cigarettes and the store manager acts like it's a bother so you know what plenty of other gas stations in the area won't be stopping at this one anymore. Like she was soooo busy.

This Store Use to be a Great Store then the Manager changed. The manager they have now has a False Customer Service Presentation. She is very rude and disrespectful. I have to contain myself every time she respond to me. She entertain her guests and friends while customers are waiting and when the customer comes up to the counter she has Nerve to be Rude ! I’ve lived in the area for a long time and I’ve seen how she treated her pass employees let alone the customers that walk into the store and it’s unacceptable! “Welcome to Circle K” , A welcome should always be followed by Great service! One employee left the working for them because of her attitude. She should watch how she treat people because demons are showing on her face ! Circle K I know it’s hard to get employees but do better! Have a job fair with incentives! Great people come with great incentives! Train your people! Mangers do have faults! When you miss treat people it’s a reflection on character and the business.

Just pulled in to get gas. The gas pumps are very dirty and printer was out of paper.

I have purchased 2 sip n saves and every time I go in the store I’m told to re-enroll. I talked to store manager ,explained that I have paid for this twice, she was very very rude and refused refund, said call 1800 number. I’ve called several times. All they say is the store manager should give me a refund. I explained that she refused. Now customer service emailed district manager for mobile al 3 times. I Have been waiting 2 weeks. This is ridiculous!
