This company needs to choose better emplpyees!!! The sign on the door says they are open 24hrs but whn I go into the store at 3:30am to get lunch for work, the doors were LOCKED!!! The Clark's employee was no where to be found and the Subway employee was sitting at a table with her boyfriend casually eating and watching numerous customers attempting to open the locked door. There was no sign posted or anything letting us customers know why the doors were locked while the bright neon sign on the door says they were open. So after 10 minutes or so pass and after several failed attempts by numerous customers, the Clark's employee finally comes out the back to unlock the main door, all while the Subway employee is still sitting at the table casually eating with her boyfriend. So I entered the establishment and approach the Subway counter to order my lunch for the day and the Subway employee yells from her seat that they were CLOSED! I replied to her that I thought they were "open 24hrs" and she told me that she was "on break" and no service was provided to me. I don't understand why Subway would have operating hours of 24hrs but can't accommodate customers while an employee is on "break". There should be more than one employee or the company should have a service sign to let customers know that they can't get served during "break" periods. I ended up leaving with no lunch and i wasted 15 minutes of my morning. If employees don't want to service customers during posted operating hours then the company should take action to fix the problem or the company should post operating hours around scheduled "break" periods to keep from wasting customers time.

Every morning at 6am there's a line of 10 or more customers while the THREE ladies behind the counter argue with each other and don't do any actual work. Apparently that is shift change, their busiest time of the day. However with 2 registers and 3 employees you'd think they could help customers rather than standing around doing nothing. Apparently they disagree though. And don't dare try to ask them to do their job! The three of them will immediately stop arguing with each other and turn that derision towards you.
