Worked with this vendor on our new home build. The representative who handled my initial consultation patiently exposed me to the wide variety of choices, while simultaneously helping me narrow that field so that I was not overwhelmed. She was helpful, and respectful of my budget. Subsequent conversations were with a different representative, and she always responded promptly and was courteous and helpful.
