Colonial Trailways was contacted to provide charter transportation services for a school trip involving thirty-six (36) individuals. The company issued a written quote, which I formally accepted. Following acceptance, Colonial Trailways forwarded a contract reflecting the agreed-upon terms and pricing. I duly executed the contract and returned it to the company. Colonial Trailways then provided written confirmation that the trip had been booked and secured.
Several days thereafter, I was contacted by a manager from Colonial Trailways, who stated that the company had quoted an incorrect price and, as a result, would not honor the signed agreement. I informed him that this was a school-sponsored trip, that both students and parents had already been notified, and that logistical and financial arrangements had been made in reliance upon the confirmed contract.
Despite this, the manager explicitly stated that Colonial Trailways would not perform under the terms of the executed agreement.
Where is the ownership of a signed agreement?

Great company! They drove my son’s 6th grade class to New Orleans from Fairhope to see WW2 museum. I’m crazy about Natasha what a sweetheart! Thank you for getting us safely to and from our field trip.

While driving on 65 north south of Montgomery Alabama, there was a caravan of Colonial buses driving in the FAST lane with their FLASHERS on! This is a two lane highway. There was no way around these buses. They had no business being in the fast lane. There were multiple buses being followed by Southern Alabama University campus police. Please instruct the drivers this is unacceptable. It created a dangerous situation with many frustrated drivers trying to get around impassable buses. If, in fact, these buses were carrying the football team, for our inconvenience, we hope you lose!

We highly recommend this bus company. Professional, accurate with quotes from the beginning to booking. No hidden fees, no pressure to lock in non-refundable desposits until you the customer felt secure to use their means of transportation. Willing to allow you to see a module of what you're renting. Our bus was very clean, smooth running, stocked, and air flow was on point for a hot summer trip to Galveston, TX to board our cruise ship. We needed a bus with a max of 40 seats and they did not disappoint. The pickup from Mobile was curve side excellent as well as our return from Galveston. Our booking agent Mr. Amos is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with.
We can't say enough about our driver Mr. Frank. Super fun, attentive to his passenger needs all while maintaining a professional and timely trip. We would love to recommend Mr Frank again for our next Family road trip!

First, I like to say thank you Jesus for a wonderful kind well spoken, fun driver. We got there on time. We made it back on time. with safety really enjoyed him and definitely would recommend him again. He earned his five stars.
