How do I speak with a real person??? I am supposed to be scheduled for a service call and I have not received a confirmation email and when I call it says nothing is scheduled and forces me to troubleshoot again... this is very frustrating as I work from home and have already drove to the store to pickup a new modem, which did not resolve the issue.

I wanted to shout out to the service tech that came by and fixed our Internet. Anthony was great and he listened and took appropriate action to fix the issue when the prior technicians had stated it was resolved but the issues continued. He replaced the service line from the pole on the street that had been struck by lightning that ended up being the confirmed fix. Thank you Anthony! The automated system to get someone out stinks and so do the scripts the call center reps use, otherwise the rating would be higher.

If I could give (-) or 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrendous and just to get to a real person I got hung up on twice just because I didn't give it the answer it wanted and all I wanted to do was talk to someone. The the lady I did talk couldn't speak English (which baffles me) and then she didn't even know what she was talking about. When I explained I wanted to cancel the TV and keep the internet they tried TWICE to sell me something. I swear this company is the WORST internet service.

XFINITY IS THE WORST Internet Company and Cell phone service. They lie to their customers they take extra money from the customers. They give you credit back when they want to. I changed my plan and they put it in the system for my plan to be change a month and something later. They have charged me twice in one month. The customer service stucks. I was just on the phone with Jill and she hung up on me because I wanted the manager. I went on line to drop some internet down and they sent me another box and started another plan. I had to call them for that. The manager told me 4 days ago I would be getting credit I will see it within 48hrs. It's not there as of yet.im having a hard time now getting through to a manager.I called back and spoke to a different agent and got to another supervisor today. I was refunded my credit back today just wanted it to be known I was finally credited today by a different supervisor. It was just something because an agent told me I could not get a credit because I have gotten one before after a supervisor put in the notes that I get a credit. So something. When a Company is wrong they should pay back or make it up to the customer. This is a reason customers go to other companies.Now this is Feb 10, 2024 and xfinity have sent me service interruption service notification for my cell phone bill. I started my service with xfinity on the 10th of the month. And xfinity was making me pay my cell phone bill on the 31st of the month. How am I obligated to pay them when I started on the 10th of November last year. They told me if I didnt pay my bill by the 11th my service would be interrupted. They have added a late fee to my bill like my payment is late. Xfinity robs their customers and I will be finding another cell phone company because I am fed up with xfinity . I even tried to make my payment online and they wasn't trying to except my payment until I just called 611. I was trying to pay everything but the late fee. I went back on while I was on the phone with xfinity and they let the payment go through. If you can avoid this company do so because this is how xfinity treat customers. Xfinity is a rip off. I was on a year plan for internet and cell phone for 12 months. That plan is over and xfinity trying to say it was 24 months. How and i have another plan with my internet? They rob their customer and change plans under the customer nose. I will be looking for a different company. I am tired of this company. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.

I scheduled a tech in the Xfinity store on Wednesday for the following Saturday today between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Nobody showed up or bothered to call or text. The poorest service I can ever imagine. Will be seeking other service as soon as possible after 30 years with these losers.

27 year customer with Comcast/Xfiniti Internet,cable.phone,mobile.moved from Fl and the town were I moved did not offer Xfinity. I was paying $60 a month for mobile .I received a bill for over $200 they said I went over on my data we use our phones less now than ever we both retired.I called customer sevice and he set me up on a $60 a month plan with unlimited data plan. My frist bill was $138 When I call they said they added a $50 dollar fee.No one ever mentioned the fee when I signed up or called to change my plan.It was never disclosed. I called customer sevice they could care less.

I am having problems with the TV connection and getting the runaround with the automated system. I can't talk to an agent even after being told I could. This is terrible service and the problems I'm having have been going on for months off and on. I'm ready to cancel this "service" if that is even possible.

Since day one Xfinity Mobile Service is not what it is supposed to be. Horrible coverage and service. It does not give Nationwide coverage. Within the same city limits it will cover okay in one area and none at all hardly in this area. Dropped calls, will not send text messages or photos in an area where currently live. Contacts will say “ I called you but could not get a hold of you at all. I would make a fair suggestion before signing up with Xfinity Mobile. Do your research or I would make another suggestion. If you don’t please check out some more reputable companies. I’ve spoken to more agents at Xfinity in this one year than anyone in my contacts.Don’t do it or you will regret it and my brother who resides in Arizona stated he had Xfinity Mobile Services and switched to TMobile. When I’m done with Xfinity I’m switching over to TMobile.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke with agent and got my plan lowered for 12 months. 2 months later, my bill increased by %50. Spoke with billing and a supervisor named Karl with a K. He stayed, that was the price and there was no one else to speak to because he was it. Changing service soon after 20 plus years with them.

Y'all are complete garbage. Always out. My neighborhood has xfinity trucks fixing stuff almost every day. Why are is Comcast such trash? I wish I could give negative stars. Unfortunately though, all I can get in my area is xfinity. What a joke of a company.

Was promised services back in March 2023, on hold with customer service / tech support for 3 hours and 45 minutes today for them to resolve my problem. Problem not solved!
