I love Costco! The gas station is no different. There’s almost always a line but it moves quickly. There are helpful folks just in case.

Card readers can be finicky, but this is the only gas station in the area that isn't occasionally mentioned by FOX10 or WKRG for some shooting or other crime.

I love Costco we shop primarily here and gas prices are normally ten cents below every other station.

I just had the worst experience as a Costco member. To start off. I was there 15 minutes early which is fine because I'm going to wait until it opens. I'm at one entrance with Combs and then there's another entrance with codes. I've never been to this Costco gas station before but when they open up the guy waves me around to the other side. So I have to back up and go to the other side where these other cars are. Then they pull in to the gas station and then I go to pull into a comp as well and he tells me I have to turn around. And I ask him why? Because I've never had this situation happen. I tell him I've never had to do this and he asked me if i'm a Costco member. This is ridiculous. There was three cars at the pumps and I was one of those three and I'd already started to park and the guy tells me I got to turn around. First of all he tell he also tells me that the pump can reach around to get to my gas after I've turned after he tells me I need to turn around but I'm already in the situation where I can go ahead and get gas and there's no other people there. Also why would I risk damage in my car and pulling the hose all the way around over my car. That makes no sense. So I drove off. I ended up not getting gas which means y'all lost a sale. Which means I have a disgruntled opinion about this Costco now. Which is unfortunate because whenever I'm here on business I get the hotel right by Costco. I've been a Costco member for a long time and I've never had anybody be a jerk to me like this and it's not appropriate. There's no reason for it either because there was nobody around. There was no stress for him. There was no situation where there was a thousand cars and he was under pressure. And I never knew this. For him to be so sarcastic to me about the situation and me not knowing what's going on, I didn't see any signage. I didn't see any signage that clearly stated that you had to go a certain way. Plus my gas tank again is on the other side. So why would I reach my car? Why would I reach a hose all the way around to the other side and wrist damaging my car or something. This ridiculous. And I'm mad right now because it is uncalled for. Just because he had a bad day. It doesn't mean that he needs to put that pressure on others.
