I understand that things can go haywire, but being completely blown off, or at least the feeling of it is a little different. I walked into the Costco Tire Center in Mobile, AL and needed tires for my truck 1 morning. They did not have the tires in stock, so they ordered them from their local warehouse. I was told that they would be in by either noon or 3pm. Once they were checked in, I would get a call to get them put on my truck. Well, I waited until 6:30 pm to call to see if they came in. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The advisor came back on the phone and told me that he would check to see if my tires came in, then put on another 15 minute hold. The tires were in. I asked why wasn’t I called when they came in so I could bring my truck in. I was given different excuses and felt like there was no priority on my business. I asked to make an appointment for the next am appointment and was told it won’t be until 10:45am the next day. I had the sense that I was being a burden to them. I accepted the appointment. I showed up early just in case they could get me in sooner. That was a waste of time. They pulled my truck into the shop at 11:15am and eventually started on it. The daytime advisor was apologetic and did what he could within his capabilities. All that I can say, is plan your tire replacement to take much longer than you think. There seems to be a major process breakdown on special order tires, and the evening crew lacks empathy to upset customers. The reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the morning crew trying to salvage a negative experience.

Kyle got me in the door, while Leland and his team got me all squared away! I knew I needed to get my tire fixed tonight as it would be flat again by morning. They squeezed me in, repaired my valve stem and got me back on the road for Labor Day weekend! Can’t thank them enough for being so kind and taking on “one more walk in”

I’ve moved around a lot so I’ve had my tires rotated in COSTCOs across 4 different states and it has NEVER taken more than 40min.
Today after 1 hr & 20 min of waiting I checked on the status of my vehicle with the front desk. They said I had ANOTHER 30 minute wait…. Sooo in total, a nearly 2 HOUR wait for just getting my tires rotated even though I had made an appointment.
Absolutely insane and unacceptable.
I was given no apology whatsoever either.
I was told they “got a little behind cuz some customer’s car had a difficult nut to unscrew”??? Ummm okay.
Then why was I not called to be informed they were “backed up” and would need substantially (hours) more time? That seems like a very important piece of information to give a customer. If I had known about the substantial delay I would’ve told them never mind.
I drive 1hr & 15 min from Pensacola once a month to come to COSTCO, so I really try to be in and out of here. This is so frustrating and makes me never want to come back to this COSTCO.

Really bad. I have a question about warranty issues, But no one can answer it. Just keep telling me the Citi bank already canceled their service with Costco. If I try to get the second year’s warranty from the Costco. I need to pay the fee. Even the receipt says it come with the second year warranty. The stuff’s name Brittany from the membership part keep saying something to make me feed uncomfortable. Even the others try to help me to fix the issue. She just keeps saying something to stop me to ask the others. My kids find the drink machine was broken. And no one comes to fix it or put a sign on it. I can see it’s not a busy day. Just no one do their job for good.

We had the best experience at Costco today! Our cashiers were the absolute sweetest and became best friends with our daughter. They loved on her as I was checking out and even gave her a cookie. Thank you, Costco! ❤️

This Costco is horrible. Actually all Costco are employed by people who want a little power. There are people all over the store, mask down or below the nose, employees included but he feels the need to be a j*** and didn’t want to check out unless the mask is above the nose. Costco is horrible!!!!!!
