Where to start @
I NEVER signed up for auto renewal. ( what happens if you close your bank account or die) Yet I'd read that the cost of membership was increasing in the press. However no mention of how much. As a 71 yo senior I don't like wasting💲 So Costco never sent any notice that the renewal would be on 3/1 with an increase. I had decided to not renew because I saw how much their DEI was costing them that would be passed along to members. I called to get an imediate Refund - yet they're refusing to do so for
10 days❗🚫
A bunch of slamming of my email about ❓sales this year has gone on.
Not able to send a reminder that my membership is on auto renewal & it's jacked up for 5💲 though💵 Not worth it to fund CRT or DEI 💰 Found this charge today on my card.
Rude Rude Rude & not good for customers 😡 They don't care members from many years ago - also horrible tire service 💯

I have been a loyal shopper for years. But to find out Costco places a higher value on the color of one's skin over merit is a deal breaker. I didn't suffer from the civil rights era only to have discrimination pointed at another group to advance the prior group. Shame on you
