Out of the two years coming into this Cricket location today was my first great experience. Carly was the one that helped us and she was so incredible, informative, helpful and positive. It was so refreshing. Every other time I have been in here I felt like I was ruining someone’s day by asking for their help. Carly by far exceeded my expectations and I hope cricket know what a wonderful asset she is to their company. Thank you Carly for your wonderful customer service!

I thought I would do better with a different carrier... I was quickly proven wrong. Cricket is the best service for the area i live in, i was wrong for leaving and so happy i didn't have an issue switching back!!
