Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the staff has to work for cricket wireless. The cricket wireless customer support leaves a lot to be desired. However, the people working for them are great!?

The gentlemen that helped us was great! It was not his fault what happened. Our experience was terrible with customer service on the phone and so I left a review. They took my review down. As you can see their was no profanity or anything to have taken it down. I just don't want anyone to make the mistake that we did. We have been with this company for almost a decade. I tried explaining to them something was not right with our box. They only went by what their computers were saying. Machines make mistakes. They would not give us another box after asking several times. Please just beware.

Karolyn and Elvia we're amazing went to upgrade my phone and they helped me find a new phone and case that fit my personality....they were jus a great store in general.... definitely coming back jus to pay my bill even tho they are an hour away

My husband and me came by here to pay our bill and to add hotspot to our existing plan. The next day we woke up to find our phone was cut off. Come to find out that we paid for hotspot right before the new billing cycle began which made the hotspot seeming we still owed $10 which was not the case. We paid it! It was very difficult to get them to fix the problem and mistake they made! Thankfully the nice lady who took our payment that night was understanding and stood up and told the customer service man we were speaking with that we were telling the truth and they were wrong! Two Thumbs Down for everyone else there at Cricket!!! Also the service is sometimes spotty or unreliable.

It was very unprofessional The lady that waited on me took my money without making sure the phone was to be unlocked now that's not unlocked it won't get unlocked and I've lost $100 so I had a horrible experience at child's place because y'all don't know how to hire the right kind of folks because obviously this young lady did not know what she was doing because she should have made my phone unlocked before she put that before she made me pay for that knowing that it was not a refund and now I got to pay $100 is coming out of my paycheck for no reason that y'all getting for no reason because I have the phone wouldn't work so now I got to eat $100 so I had a bad experience at your shop and then my talk to the one of the managers at the young lady the other young lady called hung up on me she was very rude herself so I don't think I won't cricket anymore but think I'm going to go for another place to buy a phone service

Manager is extremely rude. I went and paid my phone bill the night before my billing cycle started over, and I added hotspot for $10. About 2 hours later (midnight) my phone service was cut off and I supposedly owed $25 (hotspot + reactivation fee) even though I JUST paid my bill hours earlier. The next day, after missing work and nearly getting fired bc of no phone, I was able to activate bridge pay and call the cricket store. The manager said IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM. THANKS A LOT.Customer support on the phone wasn't very helpful either - first one hung up on me, second one said it was not their problem and there was nothing they could do about it, third one FINALLY fixed it after about an hour on the phone when I demanded to speak to the CEO of cricket.
