This location on Hillcrest Road is the best in Mobile, the employees are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The Pharmacy employees are always extremely helpful and do a great job of processing your prescription and delivering fast service. I highly recommend.

The majority of the pharmacy staff is not friendly. I get it, you have to deal with some unruly customers, but not all customers are unruly. At least fake a smile and give customers a chance before you assume they are like all the customers you don't like. I give two stars because the store is extremely clean and well organized.

Always able to get what I need or “help if I need to find something.” Efficient and especially when have to get Flu shot, always goes well with no long wait. I have been going here since they opened. Great location.

I like this store, however they are in a difficult place to go to via the streets that don't work together to get you there at their location. They also need more than one drive thru because the wait can be very irritating and extremely long!

Staff are routinely impolite and perpetually put off that you are there. I am continually discouraged from trying to fill my medications due them being out of stock and due to the high cost, despite having adequate resources to cover them. When I ask them to order my meds they state they cannot and I continually have to argue with them until they relent and order them. I have never had such a consistently bad experience with a pharmacy team -- ever. We pulled all of our medications out secondary to consistently poor encounters with the staff, only to have our new pharmacy close down and tragically send our prescriptions right back to this miserable CVS location once again. I loathe having to communicate with the staff. They are relentlessly unpleasant.
