Worst CVS ever. I am questioning going to another CVS ever again. I've been shopping at CVS for more than 10 years. The supervisor that is in training (male) at this location should never be a supervisor (male) ANYWHERE. I have earned my CVS ExtraCare savings especially after buying expensive diapers and baby such weekly. I had forgot to add one item in a previous CVS so I decided to go to my LOCAL CVS and they denied request. I simply wanted to add a pack of wipes so I can use my baby coupon savings. And the supervisor stated that we are not doing that today. And told me to go back to the previous CVS which is 20 minutes away to add the one item I forgot to get. I did try to get his name but was not able to. So many people are needing jobs in Mobile and they hire someone to “run their store” possibly. He needs to change his career choice. Horrible never again.

I visit this CVS on a regular basis because the staff is always friendly and helpful.

It's been years since I've been in a CVS so I didn't realize you were suppose to check yourself out. I was looking for the cashier, when I found her I can tell she was annoyed. She took my item and started checking out at the machine that I didn't see before. I apologized that I didn't see the machine before I went looking for her, but this will definitely be my Last time stopping here. Everybody don't know how your store works.

Dont try calling. Their virtual answering service will run you around in circles and then finally send you to voicemail.

During this visit, the beef jerky that I purchased was priced on the shelf, two for $3. However, when I got to the checkout, they rang up as $2.59 apiece. The gentleman working the register did not know how to correct this. He paged twice for a manager before someone came to the front. She been informed me that the price listed is the clearance price and that the price on the shelf was incorrect. I asked her to honor the price on the shelf, and she told me that she would not. This is not an example of good customer service.

Scheduled a Covid vaccination, it was confirmed and, upon arrival, they didn’t give shots anymore.’The pharmacy tech was rude and antagonistic. She never made eye contact and it seemed that she was mad about us even showing up for our vaccine appointment.The pharmacist was trying to help, but said they were closing and had no vaccines. He tried to be helpful but was called away by phone calls.Overall, this CVS is one of the worst I’ve ever visited! No wonder they are closing. I say good riddance as they are well below even bad standards.
