I went there to transfer my prescriptions to CVS from a competing pharmacy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful in the process. Looking forward to a successful business relationship.

This cvs location on mlk use to be good with Service and customer service but lately like the pass 6 months u cant call nobody they say leave a voicemail the never reach back out attitude are horrible honestly I don’t know what’s going on

I picked up my prescription on Tuesday evening but my savings coupon did not work. I reached out to the manufacturer and the representative explained the reason it did not work. I called CVS the next day on 5/29 and spoke with Call the (pharmacy tech) who was very courteous, professional and patience throughout the call. Call figured it out and applied my discount. I am a satisfied customer! Thank you to the friendly staff. Great experience!

When did they start having to swipe our card to add cash to our account......my card doesn't swipe it has a chip but I'm sure they did that so that they didn't have to recount their draw because it was 7 minutes to closing...... SMH sad?

Excellent store well maintained and organized and FRIENDLY, my wife and I were driving from Georgia to Texas and searched for a CVS and it lead us down a dark path then all of a sudden this clean opulent store with the friendliest staff ever!!! Wish I could say the same at Dowlen anf Delaware store we use in Beaumont, Texas, you have I guess be rude and never smile to work at our location! The rudest people work there!
