They're only super responsive when you are in the market or ready to buy. After buying my car, they can never seem to pick the phone up. You will do better making appointments online. They only seem to want to sell and not build relationships with their customers. The used dealership knew my name without even having to ask. I won't be purchasing another car here. I can only hope the service will be better once I finally can GET SOMEONE IN THE PHONE OR GET A CALL BACK. Then I'll consider changing my review.

I stopped in at Audi Mobile several weeks ago not really knowing much about Audi or the dealership. I met Naz Muhammad, one of their sales associates and he came across as an intelligent, honest guy who shared my interest in vintage cars and by the time I left I had decided on an A5. It took me a couple of weeks to finally make the deal and in that time I wasn’t flooded with calls or pressured in any way. I recommend Naz and the dealership very highly.

I had a great experience brought my car in to get checked out and serviced and the staff was so helpful and were done in a timely fashion. Clayton at the service desk was very friendly and respectable his customer service was top notch.

One of the best Audi dealerships I've visited. Had my regular service done here, and every single person on staff was unfailingly courteous and professional. Clayron, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful! The entire showroom is crisp, clean, and comfortable. Work or lounge while you wait, there's coffee, other drinks, and snacks. Good tunes playing, too. Thanks, Audi Mobile for a stellar experience. See you next time!

Lionel, our sales guy, was great and he's the only reason they get any stars at all. The service department on the other hand is negligent and condescending. When I purchased the car, a battery light was on so they agreed to replace the battery once they had it in. They tell me they have it, I take four hours of my day to Deal with it, and they don’t put it in. They notice that the tires are wearing unevenly so they will replace those as well. I go back a week later, spend four hours, and the batteries and tires are done. Great. I leave the dealership but the car is swerving in the lane so I take it right back. Technician drives it and says oh it’s because of the lane departure warning, we adjusted the sensitivity it should be fine. I said I didn’t realize I had that feature , but if he found a way to correct the problem I’m good with it. Of course that problem continued. I looked through the owners manual and YouTube videos, and confirmed that I do not in fact, have lane departure warning. Who knows what this guy supposedly “fixed” which obviously didn’t “fix” anything. The next day my car is squealing like a hamster wheel. When I’m in reverse it’s grinding. So I call service; tell them something has gone wrong and they need to deal with it. After calling and leaving multiple voicemails I get a callback from Sean in the service department who tells me it’s not their problem. They only did the battery and tires and it sounds like a caliper problem and they’re not going to deal with it. He was very condescending with his determination to not have his team at fault. It took my husband less than 5 minutes to find the problem, they put the wrong size tires on. Do not trust Audi Mobile to get used cars up to standards before you buy. Take it to a mechanic first. Do not trust Audi Mobile for service; they couldn't install tires correctly.

After a HORRIBLE experience with the Audi of Jackson, I should have followed my first mind by bringing my car here instead. First off , let me say this … The best service department I have EVER came across in the car industry … so thanks to Shawn & Clayton for being so AWESOME! They always kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! 10/10 .. will recommend bringing your vehicle here for ANY & ALL needs. You will not be disappointed!!

My daughter took her Audi there for a Drive Malf. light. She was told she could not use a courtesy car because she did not purchase her car from them. OK, no big deal… The car was still under warranty, but the tech said there were no problems found. The warning light continued to come on for 6 months. I took the car back to this location to find the problem. Coincidently her car was out of warranty and somehow the tech found the following problems: possible turbo replacement needed ($3500), water pump thermostat housing cracked/leaking and a coolant flush recommended ($2200).So, for the turbo diagnosis, a $700 solenoid had to be replaced to determine if the turbo was the problem. Replaced and didn’t solve the problem, BUT the tech found an adjustment rod for start/stop applications was bent. Somehow, he was able to adjust it enough to solve the warning light problem (fingers crossed).Later I spoke with a friend and found out his son worked at another Audi Dealership in the service department. We spoke and I found out the water pump was under an extended warranty due to their failure history. He also told me Audi replaces the water pump and thermostat housing as one piece. So, guess where I took the car… Audi Mobile never mentioned the water pump failures and the extended warranty or the parts are replaced as one piece. I’m sure they knew! Never going back!

This is by far the best buying experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I'm an extremely busy person and my time is valuable to me and my family. Jason and his team took pride in making sure they did not take up a whole lot of my time and even had my car delivered to me after my purchase. Process was efficient and painless, car was clean, and delivery guys even took time to walk my through my new A5. I will forever buy my cars from Jason and Audi of Mobile. Thank you and your team for a WORLD CLASS experience!!!

I’m reading all of the great reviews on the new purchases. Well, I will wait patiently to read the reviews about the service department. Horrible service provided to my sister about her 2014 Audi A7. Red flag when a dealership don’t want your credit card but request that you give them a check.

I could go on and on about how amazing every single person is at Audi of Mobile; I drive from Pensacola over here, simply because the staff is unmatched in Mobile and they actually answer the phones. Jason, Moose, John and Shaun are fantastic. They go above and beyond to take care of me, and I feel like family when I'm over there. I don't feel like I'm being upsold anything and they genuinely care about each client's safety. As long as I have Audi I will make the extra drive to come out here.

Audi Mobile, got out Q7 A/C working correctly and also found a programming recall that they corrected at no cost to us. The Manager and the Service Personnel was very professional. We are very satisfied, we will definitely bring our vehicle back to Audi Mobile.

We completed the purchase of our third Audi SUV from Audi of Mobile yesterday. The continuation of competitive pricing remains only one of the factors for our return business.The sales staff has always been polite, friendly, and very helpful.And, from my experience, I'm glad to say the pressure of the "buy today" attitude does not exist. Ask for assistance, you have it.Our maintenance technician's are excellent, customer oriented,and maintain extensive training programs.Access to management is easily available if needed.Bottom line, customer satisfaction throughout ownership of the vehicle seems to be a goal that the dealership is dedicated to honor.NOTE: Due to a development at the time of purchase, this review may be updated to reflect the most accurate details possible..........Tim Puckett
