My father and I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Dean McCrary here in Mobile Al. I have been to this dealership numerous of time complaining of a very loud noise coming from my back wheels. I have been told that one person can hear the noise but then told the next person can’t hear the noise. The vehicle squeaks on a flat surface road or a curved road. My front passenger tire shake uncontrollably when going over speed bumps and also the vehicle seems as if it’s out of alignment with it being NEW. The ladies in the service department has been more than helpful but the 3 week old new service manager by the name of Walter was very unprofessional, lacked empathy and was not customer service friendly. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and would not refer anyone to purchase from this dealership or from Kia due to the continuous issues that we’re having two later after purchasing this vehicle.

Brian in the sales department was awesome and great to work with. I would highly recommend him, very little pressure, very upfront and a great salesperson. Highly recommend him.

I have a 22 kia carnival with check engine light on, I've added gas treatment as instructed but van running worst! I afraid van will cut off with my 5 kids. We can't travel because earlier service is in October! I'm stuck with high car note and none working 2022 kia carnival

I have a Kia Sorrento, with many recall that are dangerous and they scheduled the appointment and the call me to canceled it because they are short of hand. The SUV may get on fire and they told me to take to another dealer, they sold this vehicle and they can't offer service? Just because it is a recall.

I have be getting the run around in regard to an ac issue. I have been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of February with no success. I was told by the service manager that their is a possibility that the issue might not be covered . My question is why purchase a warranty if its not going to cover a repair. Im not happy at all with the service received at dean McCary kia.

Got pre-approved online and they have a deal advertised for $249/mo for a 24/36 month lease on a Seltos. Went down to the dealership and they came to me with a payment of $450, but refused to explain to me where that number came from. They didn’t have an LX, only an S, but the cost is barely different and wouldn’t make $200 difference. I had the right amount of money for a trade to take care of down payment and fees, but none of the math made sense and they couldn’t (or wouldn’t ) explain why. It all felt just a bit too icky, trying to get info out of me that they do not need to sell me a vehicle. I can take a no, but I want the why and they refused to do that. Otherwise I would have walked away with a new car today. Shame on them.

I had an exceptional experience buying a 2023 Kia Soul. My salesperson, Valerie White was knowledgeable and very forthcoming about inventory, timing and pricing. I would definitely recommend her if you want to purchase a vehicle from Dean McCrary Kia! She will take excellent care of you!

Our Volkswagen needed a simple oil change, so we made an appointment here... it took almost 4 HOURS! To make things worse, it was a very slow day at the dealership (raining, few other appointments). When we finally got into our car to leave, our check engine light was on!! So they had to take the car back in to examine it and reset a sensor... they even forgot to replace the next service sticker on the windshield corner Despite the embarrassingly slow mechanical service, there were a few ladies on the Volvo side of the dealership who were incredibly kind to my 1.5 year old son and entertained him with a stuffed bear. Thus, these three starts are only due to those nice ladies - not for the maintenance itself.

I called about a suv and was told one price on the phone by Justin then when i got there it was a higher price a month so i left and i called him back and he went down on the price then the next day ask him a question about car and he told me he call me back in 10 minutes its almost a week so now I wont be getting a car from them I think i was done rude

I would STAY AWAY from this poorly run business. I had my Porsche in for service and had to call 7 times before they confirmed my car arrived by a tow truck. Once they had the car it was another 4 days and 15 calls to confirm they could actually start working on the car. Total time was 3 weeks on my car to be repaired. I tried to pick it up and take it to another shop but was told it was not drivable due to missing headlights and the brake lights. In the end I had over 30 calls to the shop. 3 Weeks of no car or even an offer for a loaner. We are talking about 100K cars here and zero service. Tried to get the service manager involved and he never called back. The ownership at this group of dealers is HORRIBLE. Went to trade the car... Had what I thought was a deal on the table and "they were running numbers". Waited 3 days with no offer back. Called the sales person and never would return the calls. Then on to the Sales Manager, Zero calls back. I was ready to spend close to 100K again and no one there wants to sell a car. 4 Weeks pass by and they still have the car I wanted. Call again to speak to the sales manager/salemen. ZERO care given. Stay AWAY from these guys. For being a high end dealer they should be selling Yugos or working at McDonalds.
