My husband and I had an appointment to meet with a salesmen for a purchase. They spoke to each other on the phone just a couple hours before and he told my husband he’d have it pulled around for us and see us at 5:00. When we arrived (on time) I’m excited to see it pulled up there only to find he was in his office selling it to someone else. How’s that for people with integrity? If they will treat you like they for a sale just imagine what else you might expect. I was very upset and rightfully so, but now after realizing the true character of the people running this dealership and seeing the reviews regarding their poor service etc. I’m just so grateful for having dodged a bullet 👎

I bought a used CR-V from Dean McCrary with Crystal as our sales person and Andy helped us too - they were great. We felt like we got a great deal on our purchase and good deal for the trade in. The pricing was really straight forward and felt like they were on our side to make sure we felt good about our purchase. Really great experience. Thanks again!

Huge shout out to Mark and Joel (I think those were their names) in the service department! I live in Foley but was in Mobile earlier this week for an appointment. When leaving my appointment, my 2023 CX-50 all of a sudden showed an “Engine Malfunction, have Vehicle Inspected” dash notification. I didn’t feel comfortable driving an hour back home with that light on, especially since it has never given me that message before. So in a bit of a panic, I stopped by the service department at Dean McCrary Mazda, even though I purchased my car in Pensacola. I spoke to Mark and he was kind enough to check things out, and then asked Joel to look at it right away. Turned out to not be anything serious, and all is well with my car. Thank you, gentlemen, for helping me out and giving me the peace of mind to continue on my journey home. I will definitely remember this the next time I am searching for a new car!

My wife and I recently purchased a new CX-5 from Dean McCrary. Joni was our sales person and John was the sales/finance manager we dealt with. We were very happy with both of them, and enjoyed talking to other dealership staff while we were waiting for the car to be cleaned up for us. Everyone was very courteous and not overly pushy. We got a good deal on the purchase and felt like the dealership treated us fairly. We originally planned to test drive and consider several other cars/brands at other dealerships, but opted to go with the Mazda based on both the qualities (and CR ratings) of the vehicle, and based on our experience with the staff at the dealership. We would absolutely recommend the dealership and the Mazda brand.

This dealership is the absolute BEST all around. I drove from several states away to get my car here. Not only did they give me the best deal (after I talked to dealers all up and down the east coast), they were also really easy to work with - even from far away. I can't say enough wonderful things about Joni and John. They're both so friendly and helpful. And I love my Mazda!

Nick Bolanos (GM) and Raymond Williams made the whole process a breeze, as well as updating when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. Raynond helped set up the my mazda app and a bunch of other small but useful details. A largely stress free experience and they respected my time which is very important. John in F&I was knowledgeable and didn't push anything that was unnecessary. It was a great experience and if anyone is looking for a new vehicle give them a look
