I came to Dean Mitchell exhausted, disappointed, and in tears from trying to purchase a vehicle. I am a single woman, had $500 cash, and terrible credit. I tried and tried almost every avenue to obtain a vehicle that was within my budget, nice, and reliable. As soon as I walked in the door of Dean Mitchell I was welcomed with kindness and love. As I told the salesman my situation and problem, he spoke of nothing but positivity and assured me multiple times that he would get me taken care of. I was then introduced to the entire team at Dean Mitchell, was dealt with positively and respectfully as I purchased my vehicle. I am very proud of my 2021 Kia Sportage, which is nicer than I ever expected to be able to afford or finance and confident in my purchase due to my interaction with everyone there. I will recommend Dean Mitchell Auto Mall to anyone and everyone looking to purchase to a vehicle, especially those of us who have less than stellar credit. I cannot thank Dean Mitchell enough or begin to explain how much it meant to have the team go above and beyond to help me obtain transportation.

I am impressed with my experience here! Larry, Kevin, Andy and Jennifer were all very nice, but even more important when buying a car here, they were fair in price and above average in service. The car I bought was a good price up front and no need to haggle ( I had done about 10 hours of research), and my trade in was fair. I asked if they could fix a couple interior marks and I feel they went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEAN MITCHELL AUTO MALL! I keep my car in tip top shape, so when I bought one here, I expected the same! I am excited to see the results!

My experience was horrible!! The car I brought gave me problems from day 1, they claimed they fixed the problem, but every time I turn around it was doing the same thing and the owner or manager of the place( not sure of his title) yelled at me and told me it wasn't their problem to keep fixing, it was my problem . He Yelled at me in front of his employees. I felt hurt and disappointed. I will never buy another car from them again and no, I won't recommend no one to them. If you are looking to buy a car, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Feel free to share this

My daughter and I had a great experience, and I was able to purchase a quality used car (2016 Toyota Camry) at a good price. All of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to make the process go as quickly and easily as possible. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received before, during, and especially after the purchase of the vehicle. I would definitely use this dealer again and would highly recommend to others.

I bought a used Nissan Versa from Dean Mitchell Auto Mall a week ago and I am highly satisfied with the service, product, and communication that I have been treated to in their care.
I was immediately comforted by their sales team and was communicated with well through the entire process of buying the car.
I would personally recommend anyone I know to go to Dean Mitchell with any used car needs, for sure.
