Was going to go to my storage unit today but I was worried with the activity going on outside of the front right door. I do not know if you all have a new business next door but it is concerning with all the shady looking traffic. Really thinking of swapping to somewhere else more professional.

Delta Storage was easy to work with. The prices were low and the staff was very accommodating. Got me a unit quick and easy and I didn’t even have to be there to rent it. Highly recommend the place.

Terrible place… never do business with this place. My unit was supposedly broken into and I wasn’t even alerted.. they just rented out my unit . When I asked why they didn’t call me , she replied “we thought you were just done with the unit “. Even though I paid for six months and only four months had passed, they just rented out my unit never saying a word to me.

I called right before 9am & the lady answered the phone very ugly saying hellooo helloooo we dont open to after 9. And hung up on me. Just trued to call back & hung up on me again!!!! I dont recommend this place. If I'm being treated this ugly now I can only imagine how I would be treated as a customer!!!!

Went to my unit on the 1st and today and there was a lock on it we have paid so I’m confused, I even called and talked to the lady in the office on the 1st and she confirmed here shouldn’t be a lock this is very annoying

First week unit got broke into. All my power tools were taken items broke. Made complaint with after hour worker. No one ever called me back. Went yesterday and Im pad locked out have receipt. Spoke w someone in office explained what happen prior week said nothing they can do they don't have ins.
