Very horrible experience….
I’m a frequent customer and shop at this location many times but today the employees were very very rude!!
I had a water bottle that I needed to throw in the trash by the register and I was trying to throw it away myself but the employee wouldn’t let me? She said it was cross contamination? But it’s TRASH? It’s already contaminated? Lady come on do your job and stop treating your customers like that. She was just trying to be hateful to me because I guess she didn’t like me for some reason? I don’t know but the manager was not helpful, she didn’t care about the situation.
I was treated horribly because I was trying to throw ONE empty bottle away? I worked at Dollar Tree during 2016-2018 and quit because of people like that, people who just don’t like people because of some (Jealousy or entitlement) me throwing my one little empty bottle away wasn’t going to contaminate her TRASH anymore then the TRASH was already contaminated?!
These employees have no professionalism at all I don’t think they’ve ever even heard of the word.

Dollar Tree is now opening back up at 9 and has been since November. I know the employees enjoy that. This is my favorite store. They are always clean and stopped and the employees are pretty nice.

The store was 35 minutes late from opening then when the late employee finally opened up said we are only cash only it understandably upset a young mother with her infant who had been waiting since 8 am which is when they were supposed to open. The long, orange haired clerk, made rude comments and when I expressed why she most likely was upset was due to her waiting 35 minutes to enter then being told cash only, the long orange haired clerk got verbally offensive with vulgar language. I understand we are in an economy that good help is hard to find but this is above and beyond ridiculous. While I waited the 35 minutes to enter the store they lost 8 other clients wanting to enter. I walked out too, when the long orange haired clerk used offensive verbal language.

It was really spacious and spread out. The employees were nice, patient and helpful. I would give 5 stars if it was easier to get out of the parking lot and onto the main road. Don't go when traffic is usually the worst. People will block Cottage Hill rd and then you are stuck at a green light with no way to turn left.
