I would give less than 1 if I could. I just went in there today. Of course this location is always out of the things I'm looking for. I went to get snacks for my husband's lunches. And something to cool him off after the hot days. It's definitely not easy to navigate the isles. I then went to the register. Calvin.... was extremely rude. He was more concerned with talking to his friend then actually helping his customers. I put a pack of freeze pops on the belt..... all three boxes were connected so I thought they were supposed to be that way. When I addressed the fact that he rang them up three times, he acted like I couldn't read. I just let it go because I was tired of dealing with him. You need to find people who understand customer service

I would give less than one star if I could. My daughter went in there today and could not get down the isles because there was trash and rolling carts blocking them. The workers were extremely unprofessional. One worker was more interested in catching up with his friends than picking up the empty boxes on the floor blocking the isle where he was putting out stock; the cashier acted as if we had interrupted her day by being there. This place is a dump!!!

This review comes from my niece and sister! So they have a daughter and mother day on Saturday and she stated that they went to Dollar Tree on yesterday and there was a sign that stated and highlighted that reads: CLOSED for the inconvenience, my niece stated that there was someone standing inside the store, my other sister also went to visit around 7:30 pm and they were opened.Update 10/20/23 if your store will be CLOSED can you at least make sure your employees spell correctly ?? this is the 2nd TIME and this same sign has been up there. Customers needs to know if y’all are closing or y’all need people to work??

I absolutely love Dollar Tree however, this particular store is not one of my favorites. The one employee that I saw and spoke with was very friendly and attentive. They were completely out of Q-tips which I thought was odd especially since I was told they ran out the previous day. I was in the store at 8pm and it was a bit of a mess. So no Q-tips, dangerously low on some other things as well and the mess wasn't from stock waiting to be put up. One more issue is their bathroom doesn't work. This is a problem throughout Mobile seemingly and in certain areas I understand the need to divert certain guests elsewhere. The reason I mention it is because it's been out of service for a month. I ended up checking out in a hurry because I needed to use a restroom and they were out of 2 of the 5 items on my list so off I went to Dollar General across the street.
