I walked in ready to buy a couple of shirts, but the dingbat girl dressed like a cartoon character wouldn't even TRY to help me since I didn't know the exact size shirt I needed -- never mind the fact that the guy I'm buying it for could have exchanged the shirts if I bought the wrong size. No wonder I was the ONLY customer in the store. Saturday afternoon, 11 days before Christmas. Pitiful.

The guy that runs the place is pretty good guy. I believe it's a high-end Men's store without the high-end price.

I came in today as a first time customer! I was greeted promptly and politely and asked for what I was shopping for today and helped through the process in finding the perfect pair of pants for what I needed them for! I forgot her name but the lady with the greenish blue hair gave me exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Clean store, nice sales people, but the coupon system is wacky, too explicit dates and times and they just are NOT user friendly. Twice I've taken a coupon in and not been able to use it due to microscopic instructions. Full price sucks. EDIT: Same issue as before, they just aren't willing to have coupons for use at the store. The store manager helped us this time and was very nice. Costly store but they have what we need so we pay the exorbitant prices.
