This place ROCKS, the friendliest crew of customer service people in the whole Mobile area. Frank does a excellent job and the rest of the team is Top Notch and very professional. I can't say enough good things about this team. 5 stars doesn't feel high enough 10 stars feels way more appropriate.

Had my putter regripped with a Winn Grip Jumbo in less than 5 minutes by a very pleasant staff person. With tax, paid less than $25. Outstanding. P.S., I am putting better now.

Stopped in to pick up some Christmas gifts for my two sons. Had been hunting and was dressed the part in hunting clothes. Was treated like a second class citizen by an employee named Hunter. He rang up my purchases and reached for my debit card without even telling me what my total was ($156). Handed my card back, gave me the bag, said "here"; no "thank you", "come again", "Merry Christmas" or anything close to a pleasant gesture, just "here"! Wow! Would never hire Hunter to work for me. Won't be buying anything else from Edwin Watts; I'll take my business where it's appreciated!

I have been to Edwin Watts Golf in Mobile on multiple occasions when I needed help and new golf equipment. I needed to replace my old driver and Barry helped me determine the best fit and driver for my game. When I decided to get a new set of irons, I went back to see Barry at Edwin Watts. He was very helpful explaining the differences in my old irons vs the new irons and different brands. I am very happy with my new driver and new set of irons. Thanks Barry.

Outstanding help and service. I walked in all tatted up, hardened war veteran, and absolutely no idea of the game I have come to love. Mr. Barry and Mr. Richard's did not skip a beat. Once I told them I had just enjoyed the championship that Piot and Greaser fought over on national television, which Piot was the Victor, and I was interested in trying the sport out but had no idea what I was doing. Mr. Barry and Mr. Richard's immediately walked from around their showcase counter and began going through all of their in store clubs desperately trying to find a good fit for a beginner. I walked in feeling kind of d*** and clueless, frankly embarrassed. But their eagerness to help, made me feel like I was already a famous pro. This store and its people are brilliantly fashioned with great service....my hats off to those gentlemen and the store!

The two gentlemen working the night of June 2nd were so patient and kind.My boyfriend and I drove from Gautier and we were running late and they kept the store open for us so we could purchase golf clubs.
